I started off with a pleasant customer service experience via the phone. Everyone at Spitzer was prompt, friendly, welcoming and ready to help before I even physically arrived. When I arrived I met Amie, who was friendly and welcoming right from the get-go. She listened to my situation and really cared about helping me with my circumstances. I saw a used car I was interested in at another Spitzer dealership, and the folks as Spitzer Mitsubis I am a returning customer at Spitzer Mitsubishi. I saw a used car I was interested in at another Spitzer dealership, and the folks as Spitzer Mitsubishi had it transferred to their lot so that I could work with a team I was familiar with. Amie was an easy-going sales associate who was accommodating and negotiable. In the end I got what I felt was a fair deal, and at no time felt under any pressure to buy even after the dealership had gone through the trouble of transferring the vehicle so I could take a test drive. I don't really enjoy the car buying process, but Amie made it about as painless as it could possibly be! Thanks for a great experience! More
