Linda Briggs came up to greet me as I came into the Spitzer Kia dealership service department for my very first oil change! She seemed to already know who I was and what I had come for! She lead me i Spitzer Kia dealership service department for my very first oil change! She seemed to already know who I was and what I had come for! She lead me into a comfortable waiting area and showed me where everything I could want was located-a complimentary coffee machine, the restrooms, magazines, and then told me about how long my oil change a tire rotation would be. She asked me if I’d like a free car wash while it was back there! Of course, I said sure! Then I sat and watched American Pickers for a few minutes. Then shortly, she was back and told me my car was ready! She showed me the work that was done and told me all the things they had checked and what all the readings on the paperwork she gave me meant and answered all my questions about those readings! I’ll certainly not have any hesitation in coming here when I need service again! Thanks, Linda Briggs! More

This is a review on Linda Briggs in service. I think she's excellent in the representation of Spitzer Kia of Mansfield. Just got my oil changed and tires rotated on my 2024 Kia Soul GT Line. Lin I think she's excellent in the representation of Spitzer Kia of Mansfield. Just got my oil changed and tires rotated on my 2024 Kia Soul GT Line. Linda is a service advisor who listens to the customer on concerns and she does what the customer wants and needs. She goes out of her way to make sure the customer is happy and she has excellent customer service skills.. Service department diagnosed and replaced my brake caliper on my Kia. As I went to change the brakes all the way around this weekend, I learn that the caliper never worked at all, the brake pads were caliper on my Kia. As I went to change the brakes all the way around this weekend, I learn that the caliper never worked at all, the brake pads were brand new. Called and asked the service manager if we could work out something for the cost of service to install another (the caliper is likely under a parts warranty) and he has no interest in doing what is right to stand behind the work of his mechanics. If you have a Kia, I recommend calling Jacob at the service dept. at Sandusky's Kia dealer if you want to use a dealer and I'd avoid this service department. How scary that no one ensured the caliper worked after it was installed and that they don't value their customers enough to take a loss on a re-install because the first one wasn't done correctly. Every interaction is a chance to represent your business and the Spitzer dealer failed on this one. More
