Best car buying experience ever!!!! I went into this not expecting to walk out with a new car. My expectations were exceeded. Not only did I walk out with a car but a 2015 at that. Custo I went into this not expecting to walk out with a new car. My expectations were exceeded. Not only did I walk out with a car but a 2015 at that. Customer service was AMAZING! Zakiyyah was very professional and patient when it came to us. She made sure we had refreshments through our time there. All of our questions were answered and she just made the stress of car buying simple. Everyone at this location is great. I had special needs due to bad credit, he took his time with us, explained everything in detail. I was amazed and shocked when we were offered a 2016 model that actually fit our budget. The finance department explained everything and were very nice also. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family. They have a great selection of cars and all appeared to be in good shape. I was hesitant to go to a real dealership, thinking there was no way I would get a car. I was thinking I would have to go to a buy here,pay here dealer, getting a much older car that didn't have the warranties and coverage that I received here. As for Rich, if and when I need another car I will definitely go see him, what a nice and friendly man that made my buying experience a great one. More
