Service at this dealership has been the worst experience I have ever had!!!! They have held my vehicle for more than 6 weeks without any real explanation. They don't have voice mail for messages or their to full to leave a message. I have constantly gotten the run around. If you need your car back right away, DO NOT TAKE IT TO SPITZER ON BROOKPARK ROAD. They SUCK!!!!!! More

Very disappointing Service Visit 01/15/16 My wife and I took our 2012 Jeep Lierty for some extended warranty work. All parts were covered and we only paid our deductable. We left our vehicle overnight as to not have to rush or worry that everything would be completed. We showed up the next day at 3:30pm after the service department called and said our vehicle was ready. Upon arrival we were informed it was in the "wash" line still and not yet ready for pick up. We declined the vehicle car wash because we were in a hurry and you had the vehicle more than long enough to "wash the exterior". We park our Jeep for the weekend and on Monday morning while driving to work realized the dealership had not put any washer fluid in the vehicle at all. Attention to detail is lacking in this dealership. If you cant take care of the simple things how can we trust you to take care of our major concerns??? More
Service Dpt. Very poor!! Corporate really needs to step in and do something here. I called because my 08 Dodge Ram needs a new front diff or it needs rebuilt. Whatever the case we're talking at least a two thousand dollar repair, not under warranty. I talked to nothing but people who were annoyed by my call. And gave me no help at all. Joe in the service Dpt hung up on me when I called back Lisa was very rude by not even letting get my sentence out be saying that the next appointment is two weeks out and then making excuses for everyone when I asked why I was put on hold for 8 min for some one to sch an appointment. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience with Spitzer Chrysler Dodge Jeep and RAM on West 130th and Brookpark 44142. However it will be the last. I will be posting this on every site I can to sure it gets out there. I've worked in the Customer service industry for years and this is not how you treat a paying Customer. More

The Dealership That Made Me Happy Again. I have had several bad experiences at other Chrysler dealerships. NOT THIS ONE! I will be bringing my car back here for any service. I received the up most professional and courteous treatment here. They also blew my mind when they offered shuttle service from the dealership to my work and back again when my car was being repaired. The gentleman who was my shuttle driver was very sweet and nice and utmost professional. As long as I own this car I will be going there. Thank you spritzer motor city you restored my faith in a dealership. The work that was done was correct and fast and my vehicle was always cleaned up when I got it back. It looked great both times that they did work on my car. More
Good sales experiance poor service department. I've always had good buying experience with this dealership, no complaints there at all always an easy pleasant experience. The service department is another story since they've gotten their dealership back a couple years ago. The last 3 times I've been in for service I had excessive wait times. A few months ago I went in for an oil change tire rotation and multi point inspection which is supposed to include checking the tire pressure. HOURS after I left the low tire pressure light comes on, I check and sure enough the tires are low , so I'm thinking I got hosed on the multi point inspection. My most recent visit I had one rotor worn so I asked them to check it out (I had already checked myself that's how I know it was only one, the other three were fine) and I asked for an oil change. They called and told me the repair cost (double what others were charging) I said just change the oil I'll take care of the breaks. They said they were just about done I could pick it up within the hour. I show up 90 minutes later my car is still on the lift with no tires on it. I tell them to just forget the oil change I'll go somewhere else just give me my car, they say they can't because the tech. drained the oil and went to lunch . So I waited another 40 minutes. They didn't charge me for the oil change because I was so mad , BUT it gets better. I filed a complaint with Chrysler about the one rotor going bad because I have low mileage and one break should not wear faster than the others. Only to have Spitzer tell them both rear brakes were worn evenly due to normal wear and tear. When they were not I had all 4 wheels off 3 were in good shape 1 was down to nothing. Chrysler denied my claim. I've been going to Spitzer for new cars and service since 2003 and I have refered many others to them. I don't know if I'll be back. I definitely won't go back to the service department. Very very very disappointed . I used to think highly of them. More
