I have been using this service department for 7+ years, and the service writers always give the fast and friendliest service. Most recently, my car needed three service items that needed to get fixed and and the service writers always give the fast and friendliest service. Most recently, my car needed three service items that needed to get fixed and Richard Carver was quite diligent at at keeping me informed as to when my parts would be delivered to the dealership so I could schedule 1 appointment, instead of 3 separate appointments, for installation, and promptly called when completed. I went to get a Oil Change and it was first come first serve. Was on a Saturday afternoon they said 2 1/2 hrs and it was only a Hour.
