Tara Geraldi made sure that a problem with the auto stop/start was taken care of as well as tire pressure. Lisa Leclair is so friendly and great to work with. I've never had any problems when she is my tech, she goes out of her way to be sure I'm satisfied and that my car is ready when I need it. I replaced the TIPM in my 12-year-old Chrysler and brought it in because I needed the check engine light cleared and reprogrammed. Spitzer had it completed in one hour. On June 9th, my 2021 Dodge Charger, with only 42,000 miles, experienced an electrical issue. Mopar recommended I take the car to Spitzer, the nearest Dodge service center. On June 11th, Spitzer infor miles, experienced an electrical issue. Mopar recommended I take the car to Spitzer, the nearest Dodge service center. On June 11th, Spitzer informed me that they had "fixed" the issue, which they attributed to a missing PCM fuse. This was puzzling since the fuse box had not been tampered with before. A few weeks later, while out with my family, the car broke down again. This time, they claimed it was related to a recall and that they had resolved it. Two weeks after that, the car broke down again with the same problem: the engine went into limp mode, and I couldn't shift the car until I turned it off and manually put it into gear. Spitzer assured me it was fixed and that the repair was covered under warranty. However, over Labor Day weekend, the car broke down again with the same issues. I returned the car to Spitzer on a lunch break and informed them that I needed to leave by 1:30 pm. They initially promised a rental car if my car wasn't ready within an hour and a half, but when 1:30 pm came around, they refused to provide a rental. Ed Biro and Jesse Campbell then told me they couldn't confirm whether it was the same issue I had been experiencing for the past three months and again refused a rental car. THE CAR IS AT ANOTHER DODGE DEALERSHIP WHERE THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM THAT SPITZER FAILED TO FIX! At least the dealership where it's currently being service at is provided me a rental and is doing detailed analysis to determine the true cause of the problem instead of piece mailing it and then gaslighting the situation.
