I was dragging my feet to purchase a new car. Hubby was really encouraging me to make the move my old car was 17 yrs old. We stopped at one dealership and the man was not helpful at all. We stopped at Spitzer Jeep just because it was on our way. What a pleasant surprise! We were met by the most helpful young salesman, Blake Reinhart! He answered all my questions. Listened to what I wanted and helped me find the car that met my desires. From working with him and then finance it was such a pleasant experience. You can't go wrong stopping there and seeing Blake. We were very greatly impressed by the friendliness, no pressure, and ease of purchasing a new vehicle. More

Have new Dodge SUV went in for service had a remote issue with key after they checked it out first was told nothing wrong. Then the remote got decoded when somebody tried to steal the car can’t be fixed. I h with key after they checked it out first was told nothing wrong. Then the remote got decoded when somebody tried to steal the car can’t be fixed. I have to pay for it. Insurance or cash. Told them should be under warranty. He said no I cannot explain to Chrysler what’s wrong? You’ll have to pay don’t make any sense. Took car to a different Dealer had that remote fixed with Battery issue in two minutes I just can’t trust Spitzer. More

Most of the deal was done over text. Was ok, tried to raise price above advertised, but then went back down. The process was was quick and easy. The vehicle was not cleaned very well. On the way home discovered the wipers didn’t work. So, veh. Was not checked over very well. All salesman would say is warranty would cover it. So now I’m without a vehicle 3 days after buying a new truck. On the plus side your finance guy was very professional and explained everything well. So, experience was ok at best. Need a lot of improvements. More
