Poor sales Yes I was recently online to.purchase a vehcile 2014 hyndia I put in the app 2 days ago the company never responded I'm a disabled spoke to a sales re Yes I was recently online to.purchase a vehcile 2014 hyndia I put in the app 2 days ago the company never responded I'm a disabled spoke to a sales rep who apperantyl didn't not understand customer service he had the audiscity to say we can't approve for the car with a zero score I believe this a unprofessinal factor it took this dealer 2 days before I could contact someone I fill this is a error with sales today if u are selling cars clothes an manu other products a person being in retail like this needs to understand that when when u are dealer OV any product or services u need to understand this I fill I was told I had a zero score because ov a car salesman think that have every answer the gentlemen never stated he was a fiance manager he was to me a very very unprofessinal teamster for Honda after all that said he just ran my report after he hung the phone up from me now even thow he was just being rude and unprofessinal so he says I have a red flag on my credit report when my thing is didn't he not understand I. Disabled butt I'm still a human being to get treated like also he told me to buy a car cash money or go to a buy here pay here was very very low if he was so professional after the call then why did rum my report without .y consent no there's something sad about how I can get a salesman position butt it's also urks my nerve when they didn't even have permission in the whole phone call to pull my credit requardless ov muly report or if he seen something wrong he should had me sign a authorisation firm before he pulled my report this isn't the first time they have showed unprofessinal customer service the gentlemem that was speaking tke didn't even ask who I wanted to talk he didn't even ask did I talk to anyone I fill this should be addressed butt might be a red flag when a dealership is suppose to be a great dealership o heard other wise went to this place a about 1yr ago I was told that the car I agreed to get at $1200 hundred dollars down was sold from under me butt it's funny because the fiance called my phone the next day and asked me did I want the same vehcile because it was ever sold Im glad I didn't get the chance to buy anything from this company even when I explained I was approved at a different dealer for the amount ov $8,000 to $9,000 I inquriyed about a 2014 within the price ov my approval I still got shoved off the phone humility also talked down on o fill this terrible expirence is truly unprofessional I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to go this dealer let alone call now put in a credit app I fill of I had a score ov zero then why did the salesmen didn't even care look salesman stop judging people because if it wasn't for a consumer like me to try to earn ur business then sakes people wouldn't have a job period they can false advertise on TV butt Me the customer can't shop around this is totally backwards sakes people stop treating the customer saying things that can possibly get u fired because what goes around comes around o felt so low after trying earn this comoamys business I visually impaired I have no car I will not countine this unprofesslinism fro no other dealer here in oh this has became even worser because they ask for $5,000 down on a vechile they can't even afford hop this is seen because the way I was talked too from a Rick case employee told me to buy a car for cash or go to a buy here pay here lot I felt like dam is this salesmen really trained to treat customers like this I hop whatever salesmen spoke to me on the manner he did I really wonder did his Parents raise him in a such unprofessinal way cause how u treat others it shows how someone treated them I will not ever give this dealer 5 star after today I wish I could give the salesmen triple 000 on how he showed he us a very very unprofessinal manner when he spoke the way he did trying sale also represent Rick Case Hyundia of Euclid This is so sad I mean triple sad More

Great experience! I walked around in the Hyundai dealership lot looking at cars and was greeted by a nice young man Kyle! As it turns out I had also spoken with Ashley I walked around in the Hyundai dealership lot looking at cars and was greeted by a nice young man Kyle! As it turns out I had also spoken with Ashley on the phone a few days earlier, so they were both involved in the lease of my 2019 Elantra! I have to say they were great and very respectful! They listened to what I had to say, in terms of what I was looking for in a vehicle, how much my budget would allow, and also how I was going to use the car. Initially I was interested in a Crossover type such as a Hyundai Kona but opted for the Elantra which has a great feature of access through the trunk to the fold down back seats which is helpful in my business! Overall, I am completely satisfied with the service I received and will go back for my next lease vehicle!! Thanks again, Barbara More

Enjoyed the level of service received from Rick Case. Worked with Ashley, she went the extra mile to give me a new car I can afford. I got a 2018 Elantra SEL and it drives BEAUTIFUL. One thing I loved about her was that I explained what I wanted (price point, desired interest rate, mileage) and she gave me exactly what I asked. I did not feel like going to multiple dealerships. I emailed Ashley and she worked hard and fast on my request and that's how she got my business. I hate it when salesmen show you cars that's over your monthly budget like please don't waste my time showing me vehicles that you know is over the monthly payment I gave you. The deal she provided was better than what I had in mind. She found the best rebates I qualified for. The entire staff was pleasant, Jeff, Monique, and the paperwork guy. She sold me a loaner which saved me hundreds. Thank you Rick Case once again and for those looking for a good vehicle, I highly recommend this place. More
