I started off with asking for their best offer--they were quick to respond and give a quote. I didn't have the same experience with some other area dealers. Then when we went in to get the car they moved as quick to respond and give a quote. I didn't have the same experience with some other area dealers. Then when we went in to get the car they moved as quickly as possible to complete the paper work etc but while waiting allowed my dog inside on a cold night and even took kisses from the dog--Amazing Manager Brian! Chris has called numerous times to ensure happiness and to assist with any questions. More

Both Chris and Bill were great! Being a younger buyer alot of other dealerships tried to fast talk me and pressure me. Chris was not like that at all they took thier time and got me the car I wanted with alot of other dealerships tried to fast talk me and pressure me. Chris didn't have the exact car I wanted but when I was finally ready to pull the trigger i called him at 8:00pm and he had it for me the next afternoon! Bill also go me the finance that I wanted. He actually kept working even after I left the dealership and completely delivered on everything I wanted. Overall great experience at Rick Case! I will be buying my fiances car there next I was so impressed. More
Clarence Carter helped me get Financed, when I was sure there wasn't a bank in this world that would finance me, due to the damage I've cause with my credit. I heard him, but I still didn't believe it to be true, until I got there and he showed me the selection of cars and described each of it's destinctive features and benefits. And not even two hours later, I drove home in a 2011 Hyundai Sonata 2.0. The car runs great & the body is awesome!!!! Each day, it's like starting anew. I sometimes forget how very blessed I am. When I leave for work, in the mornings I'm still in shock when I see the new vehicle in 'my yard'. I get so amazed when I see other vehicles like my own and I wonder if they love their car as much as I love mine. I wonder was it as much of a blessing for them as it was for me. So many thx to Mr.Carter and his finance team at Rick Case Hyundai Euclid, as I am now able to re-establish my credit, & what I once called "Damage is now under control". Within only a few minutes of driving into the lot, I was warmly greeted by Craig Fisher, who took a few minutes to understand what I wanted, and what I needed, and why I was on his lot. Within moments I was test driving almost exactly what I came to see. And moments afeter that Craig and I sat down to hammer out a deal. The entire experience was a positive one. I got what I needed, Craig took extensive care of me while I was on the lot, offering me a sandwich and introducing me to everyone on the property. when I started out my day I was dreading the car shopping experience. Rick Case Hyundai, and Craig Fisher, completey took away that feeling and made me feel like a valued customer. In the ned I bought the first and only car I test drove. I love my new car and am still totally excited about the very psoitive experience. In a few years, when I have paid this car down, I will go back to Rick Case Hyundai to buy another new car! More

My PAST experience of buying a car was horrible and I dreaded the thought of having to go to another dealership to purchase a new vehicle. But, when I went to Rick Case Hyundai they really did go beyond my expectations of buying a car. They were so professional and considerate. I truly appreciate all the help and service I received when I was purchasing my new 2012 Hyundai Elantra. Frank Hink and Jason Herron were awesome and answered any questions I had. I felt very comfortable going into this dealership, because they were not just trying to sell me any car. They actually took the time and worked with me to find the car that met my requirements and was right for me.
