The Sales Manager, Bill handled all of the paperwork while the Salesperson, John went above and beyond detailing my new Elantra for delivery since I couldn't wait to take it home. We were plan to buy a tucson in GLS model with garnet red, but the dealer only has the limited model with garnet red. The dealer gave us a good discount so that we can take that limited model. In addition, Mr Pacholke, the professional sales consultant answered every question that we had, he provided some really nice suggestions to us. At last, thank you Mr Zelina and Adam, thank you so much for providing such a good service, my dad and I really enjoyed the purchase. More

Friendly approach by Chris, salesman for Hyundai, who told me he would be with me momentarily after he finished what he was doing. After looking at several new Sonata models I told Chris that the price was too high for my pocketbook and he suggested that we look at a different model Hyundai. It was very nice but it was not comfortable enough for me. We went back to the Sonata's and found a new, never titled but had 3000 miles on it and was reduced in price. It looked show room new and a beautiful red color. I said that this is a possibility. Chris said lets see if we can work the figures to make it possible for me to get this car. After much negotiations, a deal was made. Having been a previous Hyundai owner, Rick Case gave me an extra $500 off as a loyalty discount which helped seal the deal. At all times, I was treated with respect and kindness with very little pressure to buy. I felt I was in control and nothing was forced on me. This is my second new Hyundai with Rick Case I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anybody. Chris, the salesman was extremely helpful with his understanding and patience with me. More

From the moment we walked in the door, Chris was extremely helpful with helping both I and my other daughter determine what was best for for us, new, used, lease, etc. Chris along with his team were always friendly and never pushy making this experience very refreshing. I have avoided this process until now because I like most, generally hate going through a car purchase. Thanks to Chris and Rick Case Hyundai team, I am happily driving a 2012 Elantra Limited that I love and my daughter is driving a 2012 Accent which she loves. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. They are a top notch group. More

Took our Elantra to the dealer we bought it from in Mentor for brake repairs. They returned it saying it had been repaired. I was unable to notice any difference from when we dropped it off. Took it to Mentor for brake repairs. They returned it saying it had been repaired. I was unable to notice any difference from when we dropped it off. Took it to Rick Case in Cleveland. It was returned a few hours later working like new and washed. Would never return to the Mentor dealer. That is why we now have a Velostar with Rick Case's name on it. More
