I didn't understand the warranty so I attempted to discuss it with the service advisers. I didn't even get to finish a sentence before they blew me off. I had to try to re-explain my concerns only to be frustrated by another blow off. I asked for the service manager that was on duty. He was marginally more helpful--marginal. I left with the impression that they clearly didn't care about the concerns I had and that I should move along. More

I came to Rick Case not expecting to purchase another vehicle but thanks to some very nice guys, Mark, Bill, Adam and Brian I think I made the right choice. My buying experience was grand: Matt was a very good sales person and worked hard to accommodate my needs and wants as a customer. Other members of the staff were helpful, polite and accommodating. Back in 2011 I went into Rick Case Hyundai and purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata for my wife. The experience was as good as the car buying experience can get. Love the dealership so I want back in 2012 and pu a 2011 Hyundai Sonata for my wife. The experience was as good as the car buying experience can get. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever completed. I spoke with Chris on the phone prior to coming to the dealership. He had the cars I was interested in ready for me to drive. I drove three cars an I spoke with Chris on the phone prior to coming to the dealership. He had the cars I was interested in ready for me to drive. I drove three cars and I knew once I got going in the third one that this was it. I wanted a manual transmission and a specific color so I thought it would take a while to find what I wanted. Chris called me a few hours later and had located my car nearby and I put money down that afternoon. I picked my new car up the following week and was in and out with the car overview and financing in no time. Great experience and I am looking forward to finding a used Hyundai for my son now.
