I was very pleased with the service I received from Jovahn Lockhart and Bill Panzarella. I have always wanted a Hyundai Sonata. They did a great job of getting me the most out of my 2006 Chevy Malibu which I was still financing. Jovahn also took the time to go over the Sonata, setting up my Blue Tooth and just explaining how everything worked. I would definitely recommend my friends to purchase a car there. I can truly say she felt special because of the polite and professional care he diplayed in answering any and all question,right down to her ultimate qurrey,"but,can I get that in ROSE-Red?! Having gone to several other dealerships (Ford and Mitsubishi mainly), I found that the folks at Rick Case Hyundai were far more knowledgeable about their products, and far less 'pressure' oriented.
