I visited the dealership to look to trade in my lease and purchase a new vehicle. I came to Rick Case Hyundai to purchase a new Sonata and had made an appointment the day before. Shelley was waiting for me as soon as my daughter and I entered the building. He sat down and talked about what we had in mind to purchse then Shelley took time to allow us to test drive 3 vehicles. He presented me with financing options for each of the three vehicles I had test driven. We were able to take our car home the same day. There was a red spot on the passenger side door of my dark blue car. He made arrangements to have the spot buffed out later the same day around my schedule. The salesman who helped me at that time was polite and quick to respond to our needs. I have called Shelley to arrange for additional service to my vehicle and he responded to my voice mail message in a timely manner. I am very pleased with his level of customer service. Another plus for choosing Rick Case Hyundai is the additional warranty time/mileage offered that other dealerships do not offer. I was just about tired and ready to give up on dealerships, and buy from a private party. However, a mutual friend recommended Frank , over at Rick Case. Always being skeptical when buying a car, dealerships, and buy from a private party. However, a mutual friend recommended Frank , over at Rick Case. Always being skeptical when buying a car, I wondered what was in it for the mutual friend (lol) But, it turned out that I had been dealt a hand of luck. Frank Hink was the main sales associate I dealt with. I gotta say, he was not pushy at all and very laid back. I threw out the price I was working with, found some options, and had me driving out a car a couple days later. He saw to it that the new, used vehicle got a new battery, and front tires. (Without upping the price of the promised out the door) And one more thing the dealership did, that made me want to recommend them, was; There was a slight problem transferring the title by the time my 30 day temporary tag was up. So they just had me buy another and quickly reimbursed the $18.50 or so as soon as the title transferred. When all was done, I decided to find my cars value and compare the worth against what I had paid. I was pretty shocked to find there wasn't much of a difference. I also spoke with Adam (can't remember the last name) when signing paperwork. (When dealerships usually suggest,and suggest and suggest you need the extra coverage) Yeah, he just explained my options and made sure I understood them. No over suggestiveness. We actually ended up talking about how having kids puts life into perspective. lol -Mike Christian More
