Dear Ron, I’m writing to apologize for the experience you had with us recently and to congratulate you on your recent purchase. What unfortunately seems to have happened is case of miscommunication between you and Jovahn. What I’d like to respond to is the notion that he didn’t want to sell you a car and that you were not worth it, which couldn’t be further from the truth. Ron, we all work really hard to give our customers the best experience possible and we welcome all sales. We’ve been DealerRater’s Ohio Hyundai dealership of the year for two years running and we’re really proud of that. We routinely do between five to ten Circle Program deals per month. Jovahn is one of our senior sales consultants. It’s through repeat and referral business, volume bonuses and positive survey responses that he makes the bulk of his living. In fact, Jovahn LOVES the Circle Program and handles most of them each month! And why wouldn’t he? The pricing is set, the customer knows exactly what he/she wants and it’s an easy sale to a happy customer which usually ensures a terrific survey. Jovahn is the most distraught of us all because of this result, believe me. Not only is he the most reviewed consultant of ours on DealerRater, he also has the highest rating possible. In any regard, I hope you enjoy your new Genesis. It truly is a fantastic automobile. I’m just disappointed it came to this and that we didn’t sell it to you. On a final note, thank you for bringing this experience to our attention. We've reviewed and adjusted some of our processes and have learned from our mistakes with the hope it will not happen again.
