"Totally Satisfied" I am very pleased with my experience at Rick Case Hyundai. I know everyone has to be friendly and courteous because they want to sell a car, but these I am very pleased with my experience at Rick Case Hyundai. I know everyone has to be friendly and courteous because they want to sell a car, but these guys went over and above the "call of duty". My salesperson, Zachary Zagar, helped me find the car I wanted and helped me get the best deal available to me. He stayed late to make sure everything worked out alright and even helped me clean out my old car. With the help of an excellent finance department, I was able to leave with my new car that night. Frustrated Buyer I had been looking for a 2015 Hyundai Genesis for weeks when I found the exact car I wanted on the dealership's webpage. Called dealership who infor I had been looking for a 2015 Hyundai Genesis for weeks when I found the exact car I wanted on the dealership's webpage. Called dealership who informed me that the car was available and located in the showroom. During a second conversation that same day when I mentioned that: (1) I had a discounted certificate through my employer, (2) I was financing through my credit union at a very low rate, and (3) I had no trade-in, the salesperson attitude changed. I faxed the discount certificate and was told that an invoice would be sent to me so I could initiate the purchase with my credit union. After two days and phone calls I gave up. I concluded that I was not profitable or worth it. More

My salesperson, Jovahn Lockhart was very helpful and courteous. He went the extra mile to assist me in any way he could; i.e. finding a color that I would be happy with, ensuring the vehicle was equipped with what I requested and he even put up with my one-thousand questions and answered them or found me an answer. Yes, I would recommend Rick Case Hyundai. As a matter of fact, I have already recommend them. Love the vehicle. More
