I looked at other dealerships for cars, but I always came back to Ric I chose to purchase a vehicle here because I did not feel pressured to purchase. I looked at other dealerships for cars, but I always came back to Rick Case and to my same salesperson, and no I did not pick the first car I looked at, I actually selected a different one, different color style and everything. Yet with all my indecisiveness my salesperson showed me each car with the same detail and pleasantness as with the first. Most importantly he was knowledgeable about the details and features of the vehicles on the lot, and did not have to look at the sticker. So he could take me directly to the car with features I was looking for. An outstanding salesperson. More
Cars are important, but the PEOPLE make the deal happen. Angie Adams, my salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to me during the 4 hours of my purchase of a 2016 Sonata. Mr. Hink, the acc Angie Adams, my salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to me during the 4 hours of my purchase of a 2016 Sonata. Mr. Hink, the accounting person who handled the sales paperwork, was equally as knowledgeable and accommodating in his position. The team seemed to work well together. GLITCH was a flat tire that occurred after I came home with the new car. The "tire pressure" light blinked once as I left the dealership, which I thought was a fluke. Seems it wasn't, and AAA Road Service was at my house at 11:30pm to change the tire; tire had a piece of metal that caused a slow leak. Chris Palumbo from the Service Department stepped up and saved the day and saved my attitude toward Rick Case Hyundai Service/Sales by not charging me for something that was not my fault after I brought the car into the Dealership the following morning. He was terrific to me and made a great impression for Rick Case Hyundai. I've leased Hondas from Rick Case Honda for the past 10-15 years and Honda Service is unequalled in my opinion. I pray Hyundai service will mirror their counterparts across the street. More
