The price of the car was straight forward, and although I would have liked an even lower monthly payment, I am satisfied with my deal. Everyone from Ron to the person who opened the door as well as the Sales Manager was kind and very pleasant. Due to my deal finishing on a Saturday, I wasn't able to meet the staff in the maintenance department. However, if the service and hospitality I received from the Sales Team is an indicator of what's to come, then I know the customer service will be great. Kudos to the Rick Case staff!!! More
