Couldn't ask for a better experience! I decided on the car that I liked - loved - at another Hyundai dealership, but the representative there was reluctant to try and find me the color com I decided on the car that I liked - loved - at another Hyundai dealership, but the representative there was reluctant to try and find me the color combination and instead wanted me to purchase a similar car off their lot. Disappointed, I decided to think it over. Rick Case, is at the end of our street, so I went in there to ask if they could help. Shelley Grey was our salesperson and he went above and beyond to assure us that they could find the exact car I wanted. Ethan Cutler in the finance department handled all of the paperwork with ease. When the car arrived, Shelley came in on his day off to show my husband the ropes and make sure that the car met all of our expectations. I was beyond pleased with the service we received at Rick Case Hyundai, and cannot say enough good things about our experience there. I would recommend Shelley to anyone looking for a great new car!
