They held my deposit for two weeks after I had new car and still waiting on check for $77.00 it been over 4 weeks since i took possession of new car. They require a 2000 dollar deposit for them to order a new car I did so and after my new car came in I been 2 weeks and I don’t have my deposit back. The salesman said they were probably waiting for my ba new car I did so and after my new car came in I been 2 weeks and I don’t have my deposit back. The salesman said they were probably waiting for my bank to send them my old cars title. I don’t see how that has anything to do with my deposit. I told him it seems like extortion. Awful, bait and switch after coming to agreement on line. Had emails and texts they refused to honor. They are why dealers get a bad name.
