Ashley Jenkins did a fantastic job of explaining what needed to be performed on my vehicle. The cost associated, and she even called me multiple times to make sure I was OK with them needing to keep my v needed to be performed on my vehicle. Had recent service visit with Spitzer Honda for a problem with my Civic. They were able to accommodate me immediately without having to schedule days later. My issue turned out to be a bad AC compressor an with my Civic. They were able to accommodate me immediately without having to schedule days later. My issue turned out to be a bad AC compressor and it needed to be replaced. Not a simple job. They could obtain the new parts and installed on the same day. Only issue I have with the dealer and service department and this is a ongoing one. For some reason they keep forgetting to reset the vehicle maintenance screen. Forcing me to return to get that reset. For some reason they can never remember to set the tire or oil change / screens on the vehicle. I guess no one seems to check before the vehicle keys are given back. They need to set a better service policy on this issue. The service Tech I worked with was Mr. Bailey Elliott he was excellent in his professional duties. Hope to work with him again in the future. More
