My experience at Rick case Honda was enjoyable and peaceful. Paul was very helpful explaining patiently any questions I had, I never felt pressured in my experience in purchasing my new vehicle. I was offered coffee or a soda while waiting and I trusted the care I received from the sales department. Wonderful experience! Thank you, Satisfied Customer Cheryl M Benedict More

The Rick Case dealership in Euclid provides a firstclass service and sales facility without the high pressure tactics. Everyone has been very professional, knowledgable and friendly with the additonal perks available in the sales/waiting area. We have benefited from the "cash for clunkers program" in purchasing the Honda Fit in the up front price, in the excellent gas mileage with the car and now with the available built-up equity we bought the 2011 Fit. The service dept takes me back and forth to my office in Wickliffe without charge so we can utilize their maintenance schedule program very conveniently. We will continue to do our car business with Rick Case in the future and refer our family and friends as well. thanks Randy krall More
My experience was strictly alright. I got a decent price on the car but when I drove to the dealership to get my car, they sold me a car with 181 miles on it. They still sold it to me as a brand new car ins on the car but when I drove to the dealership to get my car, they sold me a car with 181 miles on it. They still sold it to me as a brand new car instead of a used car. What I didnt like was that they didnt tell me this before I drove all the way from Erie to get the car.I just assumed that it was a brand new car with less than 20 miles on it. My car was close to breaking down, I was getting a decent price and the color that I liked- which is why I didnt make a big deal out of it. I had to wait for 45 minutes before someone would sit down with me for the paper work. After I sat down for the paper work, I found out that I was being charged 202 dollars license and registration fees IN ADDITION to the 250 dollars doc fees. On the phone I was told that that license and registration fees were $35 but since I was an out of state customer I was charged $202 and they were going to apply for plates and registration. All I wanted was my old license plates transferred. But I wasnt allowed to do that. I was not happy with that part at all. I got the new plates the day before my temporary plates expired which was another pain. Overall I wouldnt call it a horrible experience but it definitely wasnt a smooth ride. More
I was sold tires with the knowledge that my struts were slightly worn and would need replacement soon. Soon there after I noticed a high speed vibration in my front end. I went to the service shop where th slightly worn and would need replacement soon. Soon there after I noticed a high speed vibration in my front end. I went to the service shop where they said it was out of balance and now it was fine. I then took it for a ride and the vibration turned into a rattle. Next I was told it was probably the axles(front end?) by the shop foreman. Then I was told it was my struts and the new tires were chopped. Now they say it's my rear tires and my new fronts are fine? P.S. New struts plus new tires = 800+ Bucks when avoidance could have been struts on day 1.All my service has been done at RICK CASE HONDA since I bought the car.I'm thinking I should have bought the car at POMPANO HONDA where service is their focal point. This dealer cannot be trusted at all. I got the deal on Internet... When I walked in to the shop..Salesperson was all nice and told me several times that I am getting the best deal...Also, he said that he Internet... When I walked in to the shop..Salesperson was all nice and told me several times that I am getting the best deal...Also, he said that he bought the same car and paid more than me....Everything was so nice so far... and then he came up with the purchase order...I suddenly see $515 more on the invoice..Salesperson said that this is the desination charge and they don't include that in email...I showed him printout of an email...he said it was my misunderstaing.....and they cannot give me at that price....I was still agree to pay because I like the car...Then I asked him about finance options. He ran a credit report and said my credit is bad and I cannot get good Interest rate on car...There Finance manager also was rude and talking to me like she was doing big favor.... When I was ready to walk out the door the salesperson came back from manager (he didn't even show up during entire time) and lowered the interest rate by 0.5%... By this time, I was so frustrated and decided not to do business with this dealership... I wouldn't mind paying couple of hundreds dollars more on any other dealership....Stay away from Rick Case Honda... More
I bought my Mazda (used) from this dealership. Though the car was great, and lasted 11 years, I would still never return to this dealer. The sales department tried to slip in an extended warranty THREE TIMES car was great, and lasted 11 years, I would still never return to this dealer. The sales department tried to slip in an extended warranty THREE TIMES, despite being told "no" very firmly. The salesman tried to dump a terrible old Ford Taurus on me--and no kidding, he said "this was driven to the store by an older lady, hasnt had much hard use"... of course all the radio presets were tuned to rap music. I know its a terrible cliche, I didnt believe he actually said it! When I saw the Mazda (which he had never showed me) he told me "oh that Taurus is so much more car for the money, you dont want that Mazda." Yes, Tauruses were so much more--so much more of a pain, considering their repair history. I am sure that car was in the junkyard within four years. I just traded the Mazda, with 170,000 miles on it :) Anyway, a terrible dealership. More
