However, on the same day we bought it, we noticed a strong cigarette smell. We called Matt, who said we bought it as is and they couldn't do anything about it. I told him we didn't smell it during the test drive, but he insisted we somehow missed it. He recommended we use ozone odors, but after negotiations, they offered to do a detailed cleaning with ozone, which unfortunately did not help. I spent $30k on this car for my son's graduation, who has asthma, and I don't know what to do now. More
