We were warmly greeted at the door and advised our salesman would be right with us. Mr. Drake arrived immediately and greeted us. After we decided on the Honda CRV SE he brought one up front and we went for a test drive. All the while Mr. Drake was going over features of the vehicle. We decided to purchase and that went very smoothly. My lease favorite part of car buying is all of the paperwork, but Mr. Drake clearly and completely explained everything. This was actually my best car shopping experience. We returned the next day to pick up our vehicle and again Mr. Drake went over everything, inside and out, making sure we understood and all of our questions were answered. We met with Pam in financing and again received excellent customer service. She went over everything in detail making sure we fully understood. I will be sure to recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone I know who is car shopping. Great job by all!! More

Last Saturday evening my sister called me all excited because she had matched numbers on a contest for she recieved from Rick Case Honda. His exact words were "you didn't win but that's not what we're here for". What a stupid thing to say; of course that is why we were there! When we were too quiet for him as he was trying to make chit chat, he said we were "tough" and went and got someone a little "smoother". The second guy tried to talk cars, kids, and blah blah blah...I found them both phoney and patronizing....but they did confiscate the winning form; I guess they were smarter than I thought. My sister did want to look at cars for her teen but I suggested we go elsewhere. It's too bad some people think it's ok to bring customers in under false protenses and then to top it off with condescending remarks. I don't know who would buy a car under these circumstances, certainly not me. Too bad, my sister, who is gainfully employed, will be replacing her car soon as well as buying a car for her teen. More

Recent interaction began almost 8 year I have been a RICK CASE customer for 35+ years. THIS WOULD BE BEFORE R.C.HONDA BEGAN SELLING HONDA CIVICS ! Recent interaction began almost 8 years ago when we WANTED a Honda Civic Hybrid, 2004, and they obtained 1 for us, as there were none on their Euclid lot. In 2005, I wanted a 2005,Civic Hybrid, again none at their lot, but they traded and DROVE 1 in for me from Erie,PA. This time, 2011, the CHALLENGE was to get me either : 2012 Crosstour, Insight or Civic Hybrid. ALL 3 ARE NOT READILY AVAILABLE, perhaps not even WITHIN THE United States. Again, not only did my sales rep JAMES HARRIS,the 2,ANTHONY Sales Managers, Pam the Financial rep, and others,obtain a GREAT 2012,Civic Hybrid (albeit not my first choice in vehicles nor color scheme), but they did so within 1 week and also gave a GREAT deal for my 2005,Civic Hybrid.
