Visited your showroom on a recomendation from a current customer to meet Ran Dennis. My intentions was to look over and talk about a new car. Left within two hours with a new car. We have purchased 3 new cars from Rick Case over the past 5 years, all through Ira. We have always left the dealership feeling like we got the best deal possible. I should have known better. so, we returned to Rick Case. We just purchased an Odyssey Touring Elite from Ira. Yet again, it was a fabulous experience. He is extremely knowledgable, friendly and approachable. He is a fantastic salesman. Ira really goes the extra mile. When I was picking up the van he showed me all of the bells and whistles, set up my phone for bluetooth, helped me set my seat and mirrors AND HE INSTALLED MY CARSEATS!!! What a guy! We will never go anywhere else to purchase a car. Rick Case provides the best price and the best salesman. We have also decided to start taking our vehicles there for servicing, even though it's a hike, I know it will be worth it! More

David Dunsten was helpful as we made the deal and Pam Price made the financial aspect and all the paperwork go very smoothly. After I left the dealership some small scratches were discovered on the car. I called Holli the next morning. She advised me to bring the car in and she and David took care of it immediately. It was an easy fix. I purchased a car at Rick Case years ago. And now this one. It is the first dealership I will visit the next time I need a car. More

Upon arrival to the Rickcase Honda Dealership @East 200th st. Justin Yelling greeted me with a friendly welcome with an outstanding attitude too. Justin took me for a test drive in a 2011 Honda Pilot and explained the console display functions into detail. He also walked around the outside of Honda Pilot showing me the highlights and features of the tempered glass, the wheels/rims to name a few. Justin went over all the necessary check list paper works which was not long and drawn out.
