As I ventured into the dealership to make my 6th new car purchase, I knew what to expect and how the process worked. To my surprise, this has been the EASIEST car buying experience that I have had. I work purchase, I knew what to expect and how the process worked. To my surprise, this has been the EASIEST car buying experience that I have had. I worked with Raymond Dennis who knew my time was valuable and didn't waste a minute of it. He collected the information needed and we were on our way to a sale! Due to time constraints, I wasn't able to sit at the desk all day as we made our deal. I soon began working with one of the sales managers, Anthony Reis, who stepped up and made the experience better than I could have ever imagined. He made me feel at ease, he made me feel comfortable, and he made me feel confident about the purchase I was about to make. My total time in the dealership to "make it happen" (in the words of Anthony Reis) was approximately 2.5 hours. As a matter of fact, the purchase of my civic went SO well, that I actually ended up leasing another vehicle the very next day. Anthony is a man of "making things happen" and I truly appreaciate that from a consumer perspective. Words cannot even express the overall satisfication that I received from Rick Case Honda. I have had previous experience with another dealership, Honda of Mentor, to which they failed in all areas. Their customer service is poor and I would NEVER recommend anyone buy a car from Honda of Mentor. My loyalty lies with Rick Case as they have turned all the dislikes of car buying into a great experience. As you can see because I walked away with TWO brand new cars! I might also mention, that financing was a breeze and Pam Price was friendly and amazing to work with. She was very personable and explained in detail all that I was signing and made sure I knew everything that was happening. This amazing car buying experience should be had by everyone purchasing/leasing a vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend that if you would like a great car buying experience you head to Rick Case Honda! They will treat you with respect and make the car buying experience something you never expected, EASY and HASSLE free (as well as FUN!) More

Ray spent time with me on several occasions answering my numerous questions and concerns. I purchased that Honda CRV. Names were written down who I had contact with there: Anthony, Dave - GM, David, Joe Z. and the #1 salesman: Ray Dennis. They knew I wrote down their name!! At Rick Case Honda, I was a 'guest' not a customer. Thank you all who made my purchasing experience an enjoyable one. More
Joe and Craig were everything you could ask for in a sales person. Deals were worked out and presented in a very non pushy way. I never once felt like you do when your at a lesser car dealership, workin sales person. Deals were worked out and presented in a very non pushy way. I never once felt like you do when your at a lesser car dealership, working with the used car salesmen that give this industry such a bad reputation. They took care of my Daughter purchasing her first new car and also put my wife and I into new cars within 3 days. We had just purchased new cars from them in 2009. My wife is now on her 5Th car from them and I am now on my 2nd Pilot. These guys do not mess around. I am sure they made money on us as any good business men will do, but they hooked us up in the process so it was a win win situation all the way around. I already am singing their praises to everyone I know and I will continue to recommend them to anyone I meet in the market for a new car. In closing, I would like to say that I used to be a devout Ford guy, having owned and driven 3 Explorers from them since 1996. After a run in with John Lance Ford that they wouldn't own up to and correct, I vowed to never buy another Ford again. I am on Pilot # 2 now and I can honestly tell you that the Honda Pilot beats up the Ford Explorer on every level and steals its lunch money to boot every day of the week. No comparison. Will we buy again from Rick Case Honda? YES we will! More
I love this dealership! This is the fifth Honda that I have purchased there. I will be a lifetime customer and highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Honda. The service is excellent have purchased there. I will be a lifetime customer and highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Honda. The service is excellent and you NEVER feel like you are being pushed. When you pull into the lot and start looking around you are NOT swarmed like most dealerships. Everyone one is extremely friendly and you almost feel like old friends than new acquaintances. I walked out of there knowing that I got a good deal and it was a quick process. I can't say enough about how awesome Craig Manning or Zoe Z. were. They are friendly and will take care of you! More
What a nice surprise to find a dealer that actually does what they advertise they're going to do. I recently walked into Rick Case Honda in Euclid, Ohio to inquire about leasing a new Civic. They had adveti what they advertise they're going to do. I recently walked into Rick Case Honda in Euclid, Ohio to inquire about leasing a new Civic. They had advetised a Civic lease at $139 a month with $995 down, plus tax title and registration, and that is exactly what i recieved. There was no scheming to try to take advantage of me, like I have experienced with other dealerships. The salesman, manager, and finance manager were all very friendly, genuine, and honest. That is a rarity these days. I'd recomend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Sincerely, Joseph Pusateri More

The Rick Case dealership in Euclid provides a firstclass service and sales facility without the high pressure tactics. Everyone has been very professional, knowledgable and friendly with the additonal perks available in the sales/waiting area. We have benefited from the "cash for clunkers program" in purchasing the Honda Fit in the up front price, in the excellent gas mileage with the car and now with the available built-up equity we bought the 2011 Fit. The service dept takes me back and forth to my office in Wickliffe without charge so we can utilize their maintenance schedule program very conveniently. We will continue to do our car business with Rick Case in the future and refer our family and friends as well. thanks Randy krall More
My experience was strictly alright. I got a decent price on the car but when I drove to the dealership to get my car, they sold me a car with 181 miles on it. They still sold it to me as a brand new car ins on the car but when I drove to the dealership to get my car, they sold me a car with 181 miles on it. They still sold it to me as a brand new car instead of a used car. What I didnt like was that they didnt tell me this before I drove all the way from Erie to get the car.I just assumed that it was a brand new car with less than 20 miles on it. My car was close to breaking down, I was getting a decent price and the color that I liked- which is why I didnt make a big deal out of it. I had to wait for 45 minutes before someone would sit down with me for the paper work. After I sat down for the paper work, I found out that I was being charged 202 dollars license and registration fees IN ADDITION to the 250 dollars doc fees. On the phone I was told that that license and registration fees were $35 but since I was an out of state customer I was charged $202 and they were going to apply for plates and registration. All I wanted was my old license plates transferred. But I wasnt allowed to do that. I was not happy with that part at all. I got the new plates the day before my temporary plates expired which was another pain. Overall I wouldnt call it a horrible experience but it definitely wasnt a smooth ride. More
I was sold tires with the knowledge that my struts were slightly worn and would need replacement soon. Soon there after I noticed a high speed vibration in my front end. I went to the service shop where th slightly worn and would need replacement soon. Soon there after I noticed a high speed vibration in my front end. I went to the service shop where they said it was out of balance and now it was fine. I then took it for a ride and the vibration turned into a rattle. Next I was told it was probably the axles(front end?) by the shop foreman. Then I was told it was my struts and the new tires were chopped. Now they say it's my rear tires and my new fronts are fine? P.S. New struts plus new tires = 800+ Bucks when avoidance could have been struts on day 1.All my service has been done at RICK CASE HONDA since I bought the car.I'm thinking I should have bought the car at POMPANO HONDA where service is their focal point.
