Had recent service visit with Spitzer Honda for a problem with my Civic. They were able to accommodate me immediately without having to schedule days later. My issue turned out to be a bad AC compressor an with my Civic. They were able to accommodate me immediately without having to schedule days later. My issue turned out to be a bad AC compressor and it needed to be replaced. Not a simple job. They could obtain the new parts and installed on the same day. Only issue I have with the dealer and service department and this is a ongoing one. For some reason they keep forgetting to reset the vehicle maintenance screen. Forcing me to return to get that reset. For some reason they can never remember to set the tire or oil change / screens on the vehicle. I guess no one seems to check before the vehicle keys are given back. They need to set a better service policy on this issue. The service Tech I worked with was Mr. Bailey Elliott he was excellent in his professional duties. Hope to work with him again in the future. More

I arrived early for my appointment, but was greeted cheerfully and professionally. I was having scheduled maintenance done on my 2020 Honda CRV. Scheduled for a oil change and tire rotation, I was mad cheerfully and professionally. I was having scheduled maintenance done on my 2020 Honda CRV. Scheduled for a oil change and tire rotation, I was made aware that I was overdue for a transmission oil change and coolant system also. I decided to get it all out of the way. Denise Vinson handled it all. She advised me that all the inspections, the oil, granny, and coolant changes would take slightly more than 2 hrs (including the car wash). Right on time Denise sought me out in the waiting area, showed me the report, gave me a link to a video of the undercarriage of my car being inspected. I was advised that my tires were worn and I should replace before winter. All in all, I was provided a great deal of service in a small amount of time.
