We have purchased 3 new cars from Rick Case over the past 5 years, all through Ira. We have always left the dealership feeling like we got the best deal possible. For our most recent purchase, we looked at a dealership closer to our house ( Rick Case is a hike for us). I was treated horribly, what a waste of my time. I should have known better. so, we returned to Rick Case. We just purchased an Odyssey Touring Elite from Ira. Yet again, it was a fabulous experience. He is extremely knowledgable, friendly and approachable. He is a fantastic salesman. Ira really goes the extra mile. When I was picking up the van he showed me all of the bells and whistles, set up my phone for bluetooth, helped me set my seat and mirrors AND HE INSTALLED MY CARSEATS!!! What a guy! We will never go anywhere else to purchase a car. Rick Case provides the best price and the best salesman. We have also decided to start taking our vehicles there for servicing, even though it's a hike, I know it will be worth it! More

Holli Golder was the sales person who worked with me. She was knowledgable, answered my questions, behaved in a professional manner, and at the same time was friendly and low-key. No pressure. She followed up my initial visit with a phone call to see if I had any additional questions or if she could help in any way, even if I planned to purchase the car elsewhere. David Dunsten was helpful as we made the deal and Pam Price made the financial aspect and all the paperwork go very smoothly. After I left the dealership some small scratches were discovered on the car. I called Holli the next morning. She advised me to bring the car in and she and David took care of it immediately. It was an easy fix. I purchased a car at Rick Case years ago. And now this one. It is the first dealership I will visit the next time I need a car. More

Upon arrival to the Rickcase Honda Dealership @East 200th st. Justin Yelling greeted me with a friendly welcome with an outstanding attitude too. Justin also offered refreshments and listen to what I wanted.He directed his efforts toward helping me get the vehicle of my liking and within my price range. Justin took me for a test drive in a 2011 Honda Pilot and explained the console display functions into detail. He also walked around the outside of Honda Pilot showing me the highlights and features of the tempered glass, the wheels/rims to name a few. Justin went over all the necessary check list paper works which was not long and drawn out. I really appreciated Justin's patience and his professionalisum as he was a pleasure to have for a salesperson. Thanks Justin for making my transaction a GOOD ONE! More

Pamela Price the sales manager that I dealt with walked me through every piece of paper that I had to sign and let me know exactly what I was signing. She answered every question that I had in a very caring way. These employees made me feel like family. I now am pleased to own a 2011 Honda Accord for a very good price. I know that if I ever need anything or have any questions James and Pamela will be right there to assist me. This is not my first experience dealing with these two employees and I have to say that it will not be my last. More

This in my third lease with Honda and my second least with Rick Case of Cleveland. Three years ago I went to release with Honda of Mentor (after getting my 1st lease with them) they gave my the biggest h with Rick Case of Cleveland. Three years ago I went to release with Honda of Mentor (after getting my 1st lease with them) they gave my the biggest headache, and stressful time. The Gm was just down right aweful. My dad and I just walked out and went right to Rick Case and within 2hrs walked out with a new car, and no problems. It was a great experience. Today was another great experience with Rick Case. (maybe even better then the 1st time.) I walked in looking for Anthony , because my friend recommended me to him. He was so inviting and so willing to help. I told him exactly what I was looking for and wanted. I told him I didnt want any run around or problems. Within 30minutes he came back with a number and without blinking we accepted. He was so amazing and real, thats why I accepted the deal right away. We finished up with Ray Dennis who was great as well. He was dealing with someone else and us. He was making two costomers happy at once, thats a great car saleman. How refreshing it is and how lucky to have such a wonderful staff and wonderful people all in one place. This is one great team. We were so pleased with the experience, my husband decided to purchase two Cars instead of replacing his Mercedes with a new model, so he purchased a Honda Cross tour too!
