I was always jealous of people who had a relationship with a dealership that they utilized for many many years. I now hope to be in that same category. I love my Sonata and although I checked out numerous other dealerships, it was fate that brought me back to Mr. Carter, not knowing he had returned from being out ill, I just stopped in expecting to turn around because he had not returned back to work, so when I learned he was back I was not only excited about his recovery but that I was able to work back with someone who was honest and patient and no he did not pay me :) More

The sales man (Frank Hink) was curteous, helpfulful and very knowledgeable about the car we were buying. Frank understood are needs and what we were looking for in a car. This is my 3rd lease from Rick Case Honda. My first car was a Pilot, then a CR-V, and now I am driving an Odyssey. When I got my CR-V I did not have a great initial experience with the Sales Rep I worked with. However, the Sales Manager worked with me afterwards and made up for the initial experience I had. When we recently went back for my Odyssey, I was given Omar Jeffries as my Sales Rep. Omar has far exceeded my expectation of Customer Service! In addition, we worked with the Sales Manager, Nick, who was also great!! Omar was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, notified us that he needed to leave for a pre-scheduled appointment - so we wouldn't be surprised, and then came back from his appointment and worked with us again. When we picked up the car, Omar gave us a more than thorough explanation of all the features, helped me to modify some of the settings, and was very well prepared with all documents pre-signed and ready to go. I cannot complain about anything with this experience and would recommend this dealer and of course Omar Jeffries to anyone looking for a car. More

I purchased a used 2010 Honda Accord EX-L on February 2nd. I was very please with the excellent customer service I received from the salesman Howard Drake Sr. He and a few other staff members worked very 2nd. My credit is not good, but I was able to secure financing for my vehicle. I went in to the dealership on Wednesday, February 1st, drove my new car out the next evening. Mr. Drake treated me like family. He promised to work with me and get me my car and he went above and beyond to honor his word. I was very surprised to get a leased vehicle with very low miles and fully loaded....bluetooth, leather, moonroof, heated seats, XM radio, etc. I was filled with surprise and awe when he told me which car I would qualify for...God surely worked this situation out and he used Rick Case Honda in order to fulfill my need for immediate transportation. I recommend Howard Drake and the entire staff of Rick Case Honda as a dealership that will work hard to put you in an affordable car at an affordable price; and they will treat you with dignity and respect no matter what your credit situation. Ron Droese was instrumental in our puarchasing our new Odyssey from Rick Case. He was patient and not pushy, explained and answered all our questions about the Honda, offered a better trade-in than did t Odyssey from Rick Case.
