The reason Rick Case Honda in Euclid Ohio, got the rating of five was that we needed a car that had zero down and a good car payment. I have been a RICK CASE customer for 35+ years. THIS I have been a RICK CASE customer for 35+ years. THIS WOULD BE BEFORE R.C.HONDA BEGAN SELLING HONDA CIVICS ! Recent interaction began almost 8 year I have been a RICK CASE customer for 35+ years. THIS WOULD BE BEFORE R.C.HONDA BEGAN SELLING HONDA CIVICS ! Recent interaction began almost 8 years ago when we WANTED a Honda Civic Hybrid, 2004, and they obtained 1 for us, as there were none on their Euclid lot. In 2005, I wanted a 2005,Civic Hybrid, again none at their lot, but they traded and DROVE 1 in for me from Erie,PA. This time, 2011, the CHALLENGE was to get me either : 2012 Crosstour, Insight or Civic Hybrid. ALL 3 ARE NOT READILY AVAILABLE, perhaps not even WITHIN THE United States. Again, not only did my sales rep JAMES HARRIS,the 2,ANTHONY Sales Managers, Pam the Financial rep, and others,obtain a GREAT 2012,Civic Hybrid (albeit not my first choice in vehicles nor color scheme), but they did so within 1 week and also gave a GREAT deal for my 2005,Civic Hybrid. More

After having an unpleasant sales experience at a Honda dealer near our home, we chose to drive into Cleveland and shop near our childhood home. We expressed to the first person we encountered in the sales lot....James Harris..."Was he going to treat us right?" and explained what had happened earlier that day at another dealership...he promised he would. We had been given the name of Anthony Carcioppolo from a Rick Case Hyundai sales manager, Matt Meadows after we drove into his showroom...he assured us that Anthony would "treat us right"...We must admit...we were treated right and purchased the car that we started out that morning to buy. I purchased a used 2007 Civic from Rick Case Honda on August 3, 2011 and I was very disappointed with the customer service that I received from the Sales Manager. During the process of signing the sales August 3, 2011 and I was very disappointed with the customer service that I received from the Sales Manager. During the process of signing the sales paperwork, the Sales Manager was extremely rude and demeaning. As we went through the paperwork, she was very impatient and perturbed that I wanted to read the documents before signing them. Because of this, she made derogatory statements about the city I lived in, asked in a negative tone if I was a lawyer, and at one point handed me one of the papers and said “Oh, you’ll probably want to read this, so I’ll be back in a few minutes.” One of the documents stated that I must agree to “have a Loss Payable Endorsement issued in favor of AFHC and to provide a copy to AFHC”. Since I was paying cash and not financing the vehicle, I asked why I would need to provide American Honda Finance Corporation with an insurance endorsement. She indicated that this was the only form they had and that there is not a separate one for cash buyers. She would not strike-out the inappropriate clauses and told me if “I didn’t sign it, she would not sell the car to me.” She then provided me with a Retail Purchase Agreement that indicated that the vehicle was being sold “AS-IS” with no warranty. Since the Buyers Guide on the vehicle was clearly marked as having a warranty and it was a Honda Certified Vehicle, I asked why the Agreement said there was no warranty. She said that I should ignore that statement and again indicated that I was being distrusting. When I stated that there was nothing in the paperwork that I signed indicating that the vehicle had any form of warranty, she indicated the warranty book that I picked up off the counter contained the warranty (it was the standard booklet and contained no information specific to my vehicle). In the end, I received a Certified Warranty Card from Honda in the mail, but the Sales Manager did not know this would occur. I have purchased other Honda vehicles from Rick Case in the past, but I’m sorry to say that after this extremely rude and demeaning interaction with the Sales Manager that I will not be recommending your dealership to anyone in the future. Great overall experience. Dexer was a relaxed, professional salesman and very easy to work with. Got a good price on the new car as well as my trade-in and a great interest rate. I went in to look for a Civic. I just wanted something small, with great gas millage that would get me around town! After walking in we were warmly greeted by Howard. He showed us a 2010 civic with only 5k miles on it! It was perfect! He was very helpful, and ended up staying late to help get everything ready! I've had the car for about a month and i love it! Everyone at the dealership was very nice, accommodating and professional! This wasn't our first Rick Case car, and im sure it won't be our last!! More
