This was our 4th Honda purchase in the past 6 years. Had the opportunity to purchase CR V's and Odyssey's from a variety of dealers around the country. Rick Case Honda of Euclid, as well as their store in the opportunity to purchase CR V's and Odyssey's from a variety of dealers around the country. I sent an email to Rick Case Honda asking for pricing and assistance in purchasing a new Accord. This would be my fifth Honda, but my first time dealing with Rick Case, since I am new to this area. I shoul assistance in purchasing a new Accord. This would be my fifth Honda, but my first time dealing with Rick Case, since I am new to this area. I should add that I also sent the same emails to other Honda dealerships in my area. Upon letting them know that I have a relatively short time on my new job due to the relocation (3 months) and a very bad credit score, due to some student loan issues, most dealerships gave me the typical "you suck, try a buy here, pay here lot" without even bothering to look at the big picture. Pam, the finance manager took that extra step, and found that while my credit score was low, that I had impeccable history of paying my car loans. Every loan I had with Honda was paid, and paid perfectly. Same with Toyota and others. She used that, as well as the fact that I also had 5 loans with Toyota in the past, and it gave her leverage to not only get Honda to approve my loan on a new car, but also to get me bumped to a higher tier. Still, higher interest that I would have accepted before, but at this point, it's well below the teens for an APR. Works for me. Even after doing this, she STILL took the time to explain everything to me, and show me my different options. If every finance manager were like her, nobody would despise the car sales business. This brings me to Howard, my sales person. A true professional on every level throughout the experience. It was a cold day, and I had decided against an Accord, and on a Civic. Howard went out on the lot with me and we walked until I found THE car for me. We passed about 12 others of the same color, but mine just kinda jumped out at me as being the right one. He answered every question I had, showed me features on the test drive, and it's apparent that he really knows his stuff. At that point, I was waiting on a buyer who was driving to purchase my car from me directly, rather than trading it in. nobody pressured me to just trade it in, but they just told me I could sit in the waiting area, and that would be fine. I waited about two hours for the guy, and in the meantime, I signed all of my paperwork, and Howard brought my new car into the service bay where I could switch everything over. Once the buyer came to get my car, I just signed the title over to him, got my cash, and was off. By far, the best, easiest, and most helpful car purchase I've ever had. More
I recently leased a 2012 Honda Civic after driving an Accord for over 10 yrs, all leased from this dealership. I was very dissatisfied with the Civic, my son drives a 2010 Civic Ex and I personally thou Accord for over 10 yrs, all leased from this dealership. I was very dissatisfied with the Civic, my son drives a 2010 Civic Ex and I personally thought his vehicle had a nice ride than the 2012. After driving the car for several months I happened to email Pam Price in Finance and told her about my car dilemma. Pam went out of her way to be sure I was having a good car experience. Pam kept in touch with me and assured me that she would get me into a vehicle I was happy with. With my hectic work schedule it took a few weeks to nail down the time to visit with Pam in order to get a deal done. Pam was patient and kind and always understanding of my schedule and commitments. She set me up in my first love a 2012 Accord. When I went to the dealership to complete the paperwork Pam was very busy with other customers waiting to take delivery so she turned me over to another salesman, Craig Manning. Craig had never worked with me or spoke with me before and he could not have been nicer. He was personable, and walked me through the process and the vehicle even though I had driven this car before. The process was taking a little longer than usual since Pam was busy with customers and Craig kept checking on things concerned for my time management as well. This experience was nicer than probably any other I had with Rick Case. While waiting Pam even had the General Manager come over and introduce himself. The manager couldn't have been nicer and really made me feel like I could contact him if I had any questions or concerns with my lease and vehicle. This really was a great experience. More

We were warmly greeted at the door and advised our salesman would be right with us. Mr. Drake arrived immediately and greeted us. After we decided on the Honda CRV SE he brought one up front and we went for a test drive. All the while Mr. Drake was going over features of the vehicle. We decided to purchase and that went very smoothly. My lease favorite part of car buying is all of the paperwork, but Mr. Drake clearly and completely explained everything. This was actually my best car shopping experience. We returned the next day to pick up our vehicle and again Mr. Drake went over everything, inside and out, making sure we understood and all of our questions were answered. We met with Pam in financing and again received excellent customer service. She went over everything in detail making sure we fully understood. I will be sure to recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone I know who is car shopping. Great job by all!! More

Last Saturday evening my sister called me all excited because she had matched numbers on a contest for she recieved from Rick Case Honda. According to the form, she should have won 25,000.00 or a car. The salesman dismissed our winning form immediately and tried to talk "let's buy a car" with us. His exact words were "you didn't win but that's not what we're here for". What a stupid thing to say; of course that is why we were there! When we were too quiet for him as he was trying to make chit chat, he said we were "tough" and went and got someone a little "smoother". The second guy tried to talk cars, kids, and blah blah blah...I found them both phoney and patronizing....but they did confiscate the winning form; I guess they were smarter than I thought. My sister did want to look at cars for her teen but I suggested we go elsewhere. It's too bad some people think it's ok to bring customers in under false protenses and then to top it off with condescending remarks. I don't know who would buy a car under these circumstances, certainly not me. Too bad, my sister, who is gainfully employed, will be replacing her car soon as well as buying a car for her teen. More
