I purchased a used 2007 Civic from Rick Case Honda on August 3, 2011 and I was very disappointed with the customer service that I received from the Sales Manager. During the process of signing the sales August 3, 2011 and I was very disappointed with the customer service that I received from the Sales Manager. During the process of signing the sales paperwork, the Sales Manager was extremely rude and demeaning. As we went through the paperwork, she was very impatient and perturbed that I wanted to read the documents before signing them. Because of this, she made derogatory statements about the city I lived in, asked in a negative tone if I was a lawyer, and at one point handed me one of the papers and said “Oh, you’ll probably want to read this, so I’ll be back in a few minutes.” One of the documents stated that I must agree to “have a Loss Payable Endorsement issued in favor of AFHC and to provide a copy to AFHC”. Since I was paying cash and not financing the vehicle, I asked why I would need to provide American Honda Finance Corporation with an insurance endorsement. She indicated that this was the only form they had and that there is not a separate one for cash buyers. She would not strike-out the inappropriate clauses and told me if “I didn’t sign it, she would not sell the car to me.” She then provided me with a Retail Purchase Agreement that indicated that the vehicle was being sold “AS-IS” with no warranty. Since the Buyers Guide on the vehicle was clearly marked as having a warranty and it was a Honda Certified Vehicle, I asked why the Agreement said there was no warranty. She said that I should ignore that statement and again indicated that I was being distrusting. When I stated that there was nothing in the paperwork that I signed indicating that the vehicle had any form of warranty, she indicated the warranty book that I picked up off the counter contained the warranty (it was the standard booklet and contained no information specific to my vehicle). In the end, I received a Certified Warranty Card from Honda in the mail, but the Sales Manager did not know this would occur. I have purchased other Honda vehicles from Rick Case in the past, but I’m sorry to say that after this extremely rude and demeaning interaction with the Sales Manager that I will not be recommending your dealership to anyone in the future. More
Great overall experience. Dexer was a relaxed, professional salesman and very easy to work with. Got a good price on the new car as well as my trade-in and a great interest rate. I went in to look for a Civic. I just wanted something small, with great gas millage that would get me around town! After walking in we were warmly greeted by Howard. He showed us a 2010 civic with only 5k miles on it! It was perfect! He was very helpful, and ended up staying late to help get everything ready! I've had the car for about a month and i love it! Everyone at the dealership was very nice, accommodating and professional! This wasn't our first Rick Case car, and im sure it won't be our last!! More

We are proud owners of a 2007 Honda Civic and we argue over who will drive when we take her out for a spin. She is great on gas, sporty, affordable and because she's a stick (yes, our car is a she, but I'm sure Donte would beg to differ!) she makes us feel like we're in our twenties again. Silly, huh? We're very happy with the treatment we received, with the terms of our loan and our lifetime of free car washes! We were treated very well- Glynn, you have a great team. Thanks everyone. I visited or spoke with three dealerships prior to having a family member recommend contacting the team at Rick Case Honda. I had credit issues to deal with, and the other dealers did not appear to want to a family member recommend contacting the team at Rick Case Honda. I had credit issues to deal with, and the other dealers did not appear to want to work with me badly enough to get me into a new vehicle. On my first visit to Rick Case, the team went to work immediately to see what could be done to get me into my new Fit Sport. The new car purchase was important in order to re-establish my credit. Within 2-3 hours, they were able to get over some hurdles and on my way to my purchase. The interest rate was much higher than expected, however, admittedly I did not bring them much to work with. BUT, before I came to pick up the vehicle, the team called me to say that they had worked with another lender to get me down to a normal rate of interest and had reduced my monthly payment by almost $100.00!!! After having such difficulty at the first dealers and getting nowhere, this was an amazing experience. Anthony Ries, James Harris and Pamela were fantastic to work with and a great asset to this organization!!! I would recommend Rick Case Honda to any friends and family interested in a new car purchase!!! More

This time could have been even more so since two of the vehicles were for my children and I wanted to make sure I was getting them the best vehicle and value. I was pleased that each transaction was a top-notch experience from start to finish. I received exceptional and personalized service from General Manager, Glynn Warwick, Sales Consultant Ron Droese and Finance manager Pam Price. This is a team of true professionals who provide that extra touch of warmth, sincerity and caring that sets Rick Case apart from other dealerships. I highly recommend Rick Case Honda! More
I worked with Holli Golder to test drive and purchase my Honda Fit Sport. Holli is knowledgable, friendly and easy to work with. The last time was in 1998, I am happy to say that the experience was just as good this time as it was the last. Rick Case staffs sales people that don't use the "hard sell" method that other dealerships I visited used (BIG turn off!). The price quoted the first time was in line with the TrueCar value that I found online. They didn't try to push all the extras on me and I got my car the day I decided to purchase. All in all it was a good experience. More

Visited your showroom on a recomendation from a current customer to meet Ran Dennis. My intentions was to look over and talk about a new car. Left within two hours with a new car. I am not known to make decissions that cost more than a hundred dollars without looking at a number of places and doing my resurch on the webb. Mr Dennis assured me that I was at the right place and at the right time and removed all of the doubt from my mind and sold me on the new Honda. Ms. Price went the extra mile to with asssisting me with the finicial decisions and moved me to the point that I could confortly live with. Thanks to you for having them. RWB: More
