I met Michael Lesko while waiting for my car to be serviced and I ended up buying a new car from him. He has impecable integrity. You can trust that he will do what he says and that he is telling you serviced and I ended up buying a new car from him. He has impecable integrity. He had excellent follow-up and called when he said he would. My overall experience with him was excellent and I highly recommend him. More
I came in at the beginning of the summer to see if Honda had anything to offer me. Not only was I treated with the up most respect but I had a wonderful experience. Michael understood what I was looking for had anything to offer me. Not only was I treated with the up most respect but I had a wonderful experience. Michael understood what I was looking for and never did he pressure me into buying a Honda. In fact he told me to look around, he was that confident in the brand he was selling. I did go to various dealerships after that however I noticed how disappointed I was in the quality and atmosphere of all those different dealerships. About 3 months later I went back and purchased a car from MIke. So far I have no regrets nor do I think I will ever have. More
Dont not believe this Finance manager. Be Prepared with math when you are working this Lady. She projected wrong numbers while talking and made me to buy warranties for 3 Grand saying that if I buy that my math when you are working this Lady. Later When I am back home and did my math every thing she projected while talking is wrong. Now I dont have any documents to prove and she claims that she did not say that. She is unethical. I will not buy any other car from them nor I will refer to any other. More

It's unfortunate that your rating only goes up to a 5. I have been procrastinating about getting a vehicle for over a year and not once did anyone at this dealership make me feel as though I was wasting the have been procrastinating about getting a vehicle for over a year and not once did anyone at this dealership make me feel as though I was wasting their time. They always said when you are ready, let us know, we will do whatever we can to fit your needs. Mr. Carter kept in touch but not in a hassle kind of way. I was always jealous of people who had a relationship with a dealership that they utilized for many many years. I now hope to be in that same category. I love my Sonata and although I checked out numerous other dealerships, it was fate that brought me back to Mr. Carter, not knowing he had returned from being out ill, I just stopped in expecting to turn around because he had not returned back to work, so when I learned he was back I was not only excited about his recovery but that I was able to work back with someone who was honest and patient and no he did not pay me :) More
The sales man (Frank Hink) was curteous, helpfulful and very knowledgeable about the car we were buying. Frank understood are needs and what we were looking for in a car. This is my 3rd lease from Rick Case Honda. My first car was a Pilot, then a CR-V, and now I am driving an Odyssey. When I got my CR-V I did not have a great initial experience with the Sales Rep I worked was a Pilot, then a CR-V, and now I am driving an Odyssey. When I got my CR-V I did not have a great initial experience with the Sales Rep I worked with. However, the Sales Manager worked with me afterwards and made up for the initial experience I had. When we recently went back for my Odyssey, I was given Omar Jeffries as my Sales Rep. Omar has far exceeded my expectation of Customer Service! In addition, we worked with the Sales Manager, Nick, who was also great!! Omar was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, notified us that he needed to leave for a pre-scheduled appointment - so we wouldn't be surprised, and then came back from his appointment and worked with us again. When we picked up the car, Omar gave us a more than thorough explanation of all the features, helped me to modify some of the settings, and was very well prepared with all documents pre-signed and ready to go. I cannot complain about anything with this experience and would recommend this dealer and of course Omar Jeffries to anyone looking for a car. More
Howard Drake has excellent people skills, and we will always go back to him as our salesperson. He not only works with us, but has sold cars to my parents as well.
