I did online research and called Rick Case Honda for test drive of new Honda Civic. I was introduced to Michael Lesko (Sales Floor Manager) and he provided me overview of their process and how customer satis drive of new Honda Civic. He is very professional, friendly and truly understands the meaning of customer service. After the road test, Rice Case offered me a better price beating other offers. I drove almost 60 miles to Euclid, OH to meet with them and they truly honored what they spoke on phone. My area dealers did not gave me the offer Rice Case has given and I did not fill the pressure at all. For any concern or issue they immediately resolved it. I bought new cars so many times but the team work and real customer experience I felt was amazing and totally positive. Mike Lesko is an outstanding sales manager know what customer wants and deals with utmost professionalism and open to listen concerns and take care of them. He really differentiates in service and provided value. I would definitely recommends Rick Case to my friends and family and suggest to meet Mike Lesko, Jeff Budge and Rick Petcher for help. They are the wonderful team. They know very well customer needs and provide the best service and experience. Way to go Rick CASE !!! Proud owner of new Civic. More
Serious problem was corrected to everyone"'s satisfaction. My husband and I were very pleased. We would recommend Rick Case of Euclid to anyone. We do not have dealership names on our cars. While travelling through the Cleveland area on a family vacation on a Sunday night, I experienced a mechanical breakdown of my 2006 Honda Pilot. I had to wait until the dealership opened for business on M vacation on a Sunday night, I experienced a mechanical breakdown of my 2006 Honda Pilot. I had to wait until the dealership opened for business on Monday morning when I called them for help and they advised me to have the car towed, which I did. Once I arrived, the service people went into overdrive. Being about 600 miles from home, I needed to get on the road as soon as possible, and they understood that. They were very professional, and helped every step of the way. By 11:30 in the morning, I was back on the road. The professional atmosphere was refreshing and even though I did not purchase my vehicle there, they treated me like I did. I hope to stop in for a visit the next time I am in town. Many thanks to everyone that put in the extra effort. More
Went to purchase a Honda Odyssey through a referral. They have no idea what customer service is in this dealership. When I left I felt I was not getting a good deal,so I did some investigating on pricing thr have no idea what customer service is in this dealership. I found discounted pricing and asked them if they would match prices other dealers would honor. It took them over 3 hours to call me back after I stressed that I needed an answer as quickly as possible because i was making a purchase that day. when I did get a call they would only take $1000 off, this is after the previous day they told me they would not be beat on price. After waiting almost 3 hours I called Jack Matia and in 12 minutes the called me back and said they would match the price. I called and left messages for them to call me back and either they call back hours later or don't call back. it was amazing though, soon as I told them I was purchasing from another dealer they were ready to negotiate. The offered me $900 less than the other dealer after I already told them I was buying there. Just by shopping 1 day I saved over $3000 dollars and would of saved about $4000 if I would of went back to Rick Case. It is amazing when I left they were at their bottom line,but they next day they were going to cut almost $4000. I would of paid about $50 more a month if I would of took their original deal. I also asked them to mail me my $500 deposit to me since I live an hour away,they said I had to come in. Beware,awful customer service and incompetence is running wild at Rick Case. I will never step foot in this dealership again no matter what they offer me. If they can't take of you before the sale, what is going to happen after the sale? More
Brought car in for service for oil change and rear brakes. Thought repairs were OK but I had to return twice as rotor were not machine and they charged for machining they did one rotor each return vis brakes. Just when I thought things where resolved a couple weeks later my engine malfunction light came on brought to Aventura Honda who wanted to know who serviced car last as it had barely any oil and no leaks. Had to pay $129 to reset computer as Rick Case Honda can not even put oil in a car properly screwed with a smile. More
Once again I find myself writing a review about the excellent customer service received at Rick Case Honda in Euclid. A little background information: Friday morning on my way to work I notice my high excellent customer service received at Rick Case Honda in Euclid. A little background information: Friday morning on my way to work I notice my high water temperature light come on, immediately I turned the car off and called my husband to come to my rescue. He brought coolant with him thinking I was just running low, he topped me off and I went on my way. Five minutes later the light comes on again and I'm thinking to myself, not again I have to get to work and I won't be able to make any calls. Not to worry my husband called Mike Lesko who assured him that he will take care of anything and everything. I was worried because I was unable to drive my car anywhere therefore I would have been stranded at work. To our surprise Honda sent Jeff Goetz. Jeff went out of his way to come to my job and take a look at my Civic. They coordinated having my car brought to the service department and put me in a loaner vehicle the same day. That is going way beyond anything that we expected from a dealership. I cannot stress enough the wonderful service we recieved from them. They are more than employees, they are people who care. More

Then just today We traded the 2012 ACCORD for a VERY BEAUTIFUL 2013 ACCORD SPORT MODEL WOW its GREAT; and We traded OUR 2012 CIVIC for a BETTER MODEL 2012 CIVIC with a lot of extra Godies. My wife took our Honda Civic in for oil change. Didn't purchase the Civic at this dealer, but took it to Rick Case because of how we where treated at the dealership we purchased it at. She called me at work and told me she was about to test drive a new car. I went to the dealership not because I didn't trust her, but because I didn't trust sales people. I have been around vehicle sales for 30 years and I know how it goes. I met with her and Michael Lesko in his office, and he gave us keys to the car she really liked and I thought we are not going to get this because it's out of our league. Michael said to test drive it anyway so we did. I didn't drive it very far because I didn't want to get hooked and couldn't get it. Michael let us drive several other vehicles and was very patient with us. When I told him we probably wouldn't be able to get the Crosstour, even though it was our favorite, he stayed calm and just smiled. I even think I ask him what he knew that we didn't. After it was all said and done, we drove home in our new Crosstour. Michael and finance was the reason we bought the car because I will absolutely not buy anything if the sales person isn't cool, even if it means sacrificing a better deal, which in this case we had a really awesome salesman, finance, and couldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere else. As a matter of fact, people might think I am crazy, but after the first of the year, I am going to trade in the Civic, even if I take a beating, just to have both cars associated with Rick Case and the staff. In conclusion, I can't say enough positive about the dealership, Michael Lesko, and the rest of the staff that we met there. More
