I'm sorry to hear that you're having concerns with the audio system. I have researched your concern and found that the problem you're experiencing is related to the Pandora app on your iPhone locking up while streaming via Bluetooth. You visited the dealership a few times seeking the assistance of your salesman who performed a reset to correct the Pandora App Bluetooth connectivity. As those attempts by the salesman did not result in a permanent corrective action you visited our service department. We were able to duplicate the problem and contacted the manufacturer tech support. We provided you with the direction given to us from the tech support team which was to remove outdated unused apps from your iPhone and to remove and reinstall the Pandora app as it appears to have been corrupted. They also said if you do not want to update the app use the USB cable and the app should work correctly. Please, if you have any additional questions, please reach out to me directly at the dealership. Don Reich, General Manager
