Approved us over the phone. We drove 1.5 hours to an appointment they set up. Then only allowed us to select from 1 vehicle. Had $3,000 in cash for deposit and make regular paym We drove 1.5 hours to an appointment they set up. Then only allowed us to select from 1 vehicle. Had $3,000 in cash for deposit and make regular payments every 2 weeks. Lost 2 good sales and customers based on erroneous judgments. Financing is not a true option at this dealership. You must have 90% down towards the purchase price. Better to keep saving money and buy a car with straight cash. More

A few years ago while waiting for my CR-V to be serviced I forgot my umbrella in the waiting area. When I arrived home I realized what I'd done. I called John to ask if he would set it aside and I would pick up the next day. After he finished working that day John brought it to my home. He goes above and beyond! More

Recently had an inspection and the new tires we ordered placed on my vehicle. Very satisfied with the service we receive but what we don't like is this "misc charge" that appears on the bill. It's 10 perc placed on my vehicle. Very satisfied with the service we receive but what we don't like is this "misc charge" that appears on the bill. It's 10 percent of the labor cost. What's up with that? I think the labor cost is high enough. Never had this with the previous owners. More
