Have purchased numerous Honda's at this dealership when Murray Honda and now as Spitzer Honda .Pete Brown sold me the 2019 Honda Accord and now sold us the 2023 CR-V . We changed our mind numerous times be Murray Honda and now as Spitzer Honda .Pete Brown sold me the 2019 Honda Accord and now sold us the 2023 CR-V . We changed our mind numerous times between Accord and CR-V and they worked with us as we finalized our decision . Buying a car is not easy today as supply is limited and manufactures have reduced options . But working with Pete and also Don we finally made a decision and are 100% happy with it . No real problem with the Dealership. However, very disappointed with some of the New Honda features. After reading through the owner's manual and looking the car over I have found seve However, very disappointed with some of the New Honda features. After reading through the owner's manual and looking the car over I have found several disappointing items. I do have a list of items I would like for someone to help me with. However, when you find an air compressor in the trunk and NO spare tire or jack I was set back. No garage door operator button can be found within the car. You must go back to the old overhead door remote that came with the garage door 20 years ago. We have owned five Honda Accord over the years. A 2004,2005,2010, 2016 and now the new 2023. Wish we would have had more information on not so much what this car HAS but what this car DOES NOT HAVE. More
