My husband and I went to 3 Ford dealerships in the area. Two of them we had bought our other new Ford Edge vehicles. He was so great over the phone we drove out to Hartville to meet with him. He and his team searched for 2 days and located a car that was exactly what we wanted. They had the car there the day they found it. Local to be sure, but it was impressive how quickly and meticulous the process was. Zach Koval was an incredible sales associate. DO NOT LOSE HIM! He was terrific and even helped me with all the questions this 72 year old lady had with the technology features. He and Doug are truly your diamonds!!
