I would not recommend this dealer. They really make you feel that they will take care of any problems, until there is actually a problem. The OEM tires on my Ford Focus are terrible in snow. I have been feel that they will take care of any problems, until there is actually a problem. The OEM tires on my Ford Focus are terrible in snow. I have been getting stuck in driveways, grocery stores and other places. I have contacted Spitzer to replace the tires with something that will go through snow so that I don't have to park it when we get more than 1.5" of snow. I am getting no help. I haven't even made my first payment and I am going to have to sink $500+ dollars into this car. I will never buy another car from this dealership. More
