He let us take it for a test drive and afterward he didn't pressure us at all when we decided to go home and talk it over. We went back later that day to purchase it. This was our first time purchasing a vehicle, and Mike was very patient and explained everything to us in detail so that we knew exactly what we were doing, which made us a lot more comfortable. Before our financing was even approved, he was able to very closely estimate what our monthly payments would be, and he gave us a great price for our trade-in. The entire process was completely painless.
