Made a different purchase than I expected I came in looking at a different vehicle than I purchased. As it turned out I found myself interested in a Jeep Liberty. I had never had a Jeep and so I came in looking at a different vehicle than I purchased. As it turned out I found myself interested in a Jeep Liberty. I had never had a Jeep and so was unfamiliar with actual issues from Jeep. Tom helped answer questions and allowed me to do some research online before I made my decision. He was patient because I took A LOT of time deciding. The SUV was the actual type of vehicle I needed for my life style though I hadn't considered it before. If Tom had not given me this time to consider my decision I would not have purchased this vehicle. There was no pressure and that is important to me. Tom was also very personable and had an enjoyable personality! More

Drove the 1 hour 45 minutes to the dealer and although Mike was busy, Nick was an excellent guide and made this process quite enjoyable. Between he and Mike all of our questions and concerns were handled both professionally and courteously. We never felt rushed or pressured and even though we went a little above budget we left knowing we purchased a fabulous vehicle at a fantastic price. I would(and will) recommend this dealership, this staff, highly to anyone for their next vehicle purchase. More

Ended up with a new car for less $ Being 1/2 way thru a lease & not making the kind of money I was 2 yrs ago, I was struggling to make the monthly payments by the due date. I called & explained my situation & what I was hoping to accomplish to Brian Van Riper. He set me up with an appointment later that afternoon. Tom Seese called me & said I would be talking to him when I came in & he was calling to introduce himself & get a bit more info. When I arrived, we were greeted by Tom and JR Smith, who explained my options to me. One of which was getting into a brand new car. I had never considered that!! Long story short, they bought my car, pd off my lease & the negative equity was almost totally eaten up by the rebates that were available on the 2017 Ford Focus I ended up getting. AND, this is important.....my payment is $100 lower than my lease!!!! I thank these guys so much for taking the time to explain things to me & to tell me honestly what they could do to help me & my financial situation. I am now in a brand new car (not a lease), with a lower payment!! Words really can't express the gratitude I have for them helping me. More

Greeted us before we even made it halfway to the door. GM was very friendly and helped with a better financial option than our pre approval. Saw a 2011 Ford Escape Hybrid and loved it. The dealership was very clean, spacious and so easy to navigate. The wash and detail before purchase was phenomenal. I will definitely come back to trade in my other car once I'm ready for a change. Above and beyond customer service! Fantastic dealership! Above and beyond the call of duty for customer service. Although the they close at 6 on Saturdays the dealership accommodated us Fantastic dealership! Above and beyond the call of duty for customer service. Although the they close at 6 on Saturdays the dealership accommodated us by staying open to finalize our sale and make sure that we were happy with our vehicle selection. The General Manager was able to get us a lower rate than what we expected. They also offered to buy us dinner because it was so late. Jennifer our sales rep was beyond exceptional however, moreover kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who values quality, integrity, and character.
