Spitzer rep in the parts department misrepresented there service After buying a key fob they told me they had no time to cut a spare key & referred me to go too Spitzer in Cuyohoga falls to have the service done there or to go to valley ford there competitor to have the key laser cut . So I go to Cuyohoga we’re they don’t have the equipment to do this & I was then told Hartville did not either Seeing how I’m from aurora Which wasted my time of 2- hrs still no spare key So now I’m told they both dealerships has a outside key person that comes to do that service which had to be scheduled Which NEVERwas explained ever Great way to do business mis representation wow thanks for lying Dan Nellis
