WeI had great service,, w/ the picking up our vehicle and returning it . They updated on having it returned The service dept w/ Morgan , / she was a pleasure to talk with.. The only thing , they didn’t honor the warranty on having free inspection , that is in our contact, B/C it was purchased from Luther Ford. In Homer City . We were told by them ,. we could go to any Ford dealership and have it done . That was the only thing that was a surprise ,It wasn’t honored . Spitzer , said they were sorry they do not honor Luther Ford , We will still go to Spitzer’s Ford in DuBois they do good work & are polite.,& courteous. More

It was fine. I think there needs to be someone available on weekends that can look at a vehicle if parts are needed so they can be ordered.
