My son bought a 2015 Ford taurus SEL in November of 2021 and it was supposed to be a certified used car. Well that car was badly out of alignment, has had to have exhaust replaced twice, evidently the moto and it was supposed to be a certified used car. Well that car was badly out of alignment, has had to have exhaust replaced twice, evidently the motor mounts or transmission mounts were not checked. I would recommend that you take your mechanic with you when purchasing a car from them. The mechanic can insist that it would be put up on the racks for him to inspect himself before you purchase the car. This all started happening 6 months after the car was purchased. It's terrible that you pay that much for a used vehicle and have all these things happen. Like I said, take a mechanic with you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could say more but I better quit now. I did an online chat and I was told that it would be sent to a manager and they would call me but instead a woman called me and ask what car I was interested in and I said I wasn't interested in buying that I had a complaint and she said a manager would call me back but that was Tuesday and haven't heard from a manager yet!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
