Gary broke the bad news to me that it needed to stay for a few days to get repaired but was setting me up with a loaner until everything was completed. When I picked it up a few days later one of the other gentleman who had spoke with me the day of arrival immediately came over to check on me when I entered the service bay. He first asked how the loaner worked out for me and assured me my truck was road ready again! I honestly could not have asked for better service on a Saturday afternoon with being towed in from the side of the interstate. More

The service was completed quickly, and the customer service people were friendly. They honored the appointment I'd set up on the app despite it being short notice and weren't bothered by it.
