We have used Spitzer in Homestead for many of our service needs. We took our 2021 Dodge Durango to a different dealer for an oil change. Upon our return home a rather serious oil leak was observed. We did not feel comfortable driving the car with a leak that severe. We called Spitzer and spoke with Manny Rodriguez and he was able to take the vehicle in a couple of days later. They checked the vehicle to find the cause of the leak and discovered that the drain plug had not been replaced properly. They corrected the problem, The service was quick, professional and did the job. They put the service over the top by not charging us for someone else mistake. Spitzer, you have all our service needs!!!! More
