A little after 7 am I entered the service maintenance checkin area when I was met by Jorge. I told Jorge I was here for my first service on my Jeep Cherokee. Jorge is friendly and polite. After doing th checkin area when I was met by Jorge. I told Jorge I was here for my first service on my Jeep Cherokee. Jorge is friendly and polite. After doing the computer paperwork Jorge said the service will take about 1 to 1 1/2 hours and that I could wait in the waiting room. I went next door to Dunkin.
