The experience really contrasted with the one I had with State Farm at the time I had to speak with their customer service representatives. Linda Vick programming the Bluetooth phone and her follow-up concerning the two reimbursement checks that were being mailed to us was most appreciated. Franck Gonzalez was friendly, to-the-point, and did not push us to buy extras that were unsuitable for us. Our Chrysler 200C AWD has been flawless at 2,200 miles. It got us home through the snow.
