Super Customer friendly Service I’m new to the area, and needed some work done on my Ram 2500. I stopped by and discussed what my complaints were and Jose Cancanon in the service department worked with me. Then hurricane Irma reared and I need a vehicle to get out of town. He made sure I had a loaner. A few days after the storm he personally reached out to make sure I was ok and to let me know my truck was ok too. I feel this gentleman has gone above and beyond anything any other dealer has done for me in my entire life. I will most definitely consider buying from here when I’m ready for next truck. More

Nice and friendly but a little slow When I got to the dealership everyone was very nice to me and showed me a lot of different options of challengers that they had. I wasn't crazy about When I got to the dealership everyone was very nice to me and showed me a lot of different options of challengers that they had. I wasn't crazy about any cars they had at the dealership but Mr. Garcia helped me out and looked into every available option to make me happy. We picked out the car I wanted and Spitzers traded another dealership for it and started the paperwork. This whole process on the first day took around 7 hours. Then getting my car to Spitzers took a long time. Then the day I picked up my car it took an hour or more to wash it even though I insisted it was unnecessary since I was driving home to Iowa. It didn't seem very urgent or important to them to get me out the door. I just felt like the process took much longer then it should have. Friendly yes, but they were much too slow for me. Joseph Garcia seemed to be the only one who cared about anything other than my money. I missed most of my sisters birthday even with driving for 26 straight hours. More

Sunday when they were closed but he also gave me a ride home. The next day Steve went out of his way to make sure i was being taken care of.
