Service They have one price listed on their website for an oil change & another listed at the dealer. I told him the price is $10 lower on the website, he got very nasty & said show me. When I showed him he stated you are the only person that mention it. So that makes it right to cheat people because they don't mention it!! When he told the other guy that he saw it on the website that guy stated he knew. He asked him first & he played like he had know idea & now he claims he knew. i would rather pay twice as mush then go somewhere they are going to rip you off. I can om nly imgine how many people had an oil change at the posted higher price. When I stated the website & the posted price should match he stated not his problem. I got me car from hear & have had many items serviced, now I wonder haw much money the ripped me off for. And he stated you can't use your coupon on a special...what special it is a price listed on your website as the everyday price not a special & they didn't know it was there. They definitely will rip you off so keep your eyes open. More

What A Positive Experience and Great Service Team We were visiting nearby Hudson Ohio from Virginia for a wedding when we experienced a mechanical issue with our Chevrolet Tahoe. Our call to Spitzer's We were visiting nearby Hudson Ohio from Virginia for a wedding when we experienced a mechanical issue with our Chevrolet Tahoe. Our call to Spitzer's service department was answered promptly and the situation explained. They indicated an ability to squeeze us in. On arrival was immediately greeted by the Service Advisor Alec Dadas to whom I had spoken on the phone. I was quickly informed of suggested steps by both the advisor and a very competent and informed service technician (a name I unfortunately did not write down), and next thing I knew the vehicle was being taken by this excellent technician to the service area. The team did a superb job keeping me informed, provided me a comfortable place to wait and importantly everyone in the dealership that passed by spoke - very friendly place. What a great experience all the way around. I was repaired and on my way in 90 minutes, slightly below the initial cost estimate AND THE CAR HAD BEEN WASHED SO IT WAS READY FOR THE WEDDING. Horror stories abound of being taken advantage of on auto repair issues when travelling away from home. The team at Spitzer was just the opposite. If we did not live 500 miles away from Spitzer they would be our dealer of choice - even for buying an auto, simply based on the positive experience. Expect the dealership has no idea what you are referring to, even when shown the emails from the customer service person. And lo and behold, when that is brought to the attention of the CS person via email, there is no further reply. While they obviously do well by some, for me, this was bait and switch all the way. So, we will be taking our business elsewhere, and buying instead of leasing. More

The Chevy philosophy seems to be to waste as much time as possible to beat you down into buying a car. Does Chevy forget that information is all online and they should be transparent with information? Not to mention their offer for my car was way below, $3,000 below the offers from two other dealers. Don't waste your time. Toyota and Honda much less stress and way more pleasant experience. Left Chevy and purchased two Hondas same day. Never wasting my time at a Chevy dealer again. More

I work in a hospital and can be called into work any day at any time, so being without transportation is an issue. When the noise came back after only 2 weeks, I returned to the dealer. They took the time to thoroughly research the problem, determine the source of the problem, and repair it, this time at no charge to me. This process took about 3 days during which I was given a rental car free of charge. Al Dadas the service writer and Joe Postlethwait the service manager were especially helpful. More
