Be very careful when you deal with Spitzer Chevy Northfield! Stephen Douglass is a piece of work to say the least. I live in Western PA and reached out to Stephen about purchasing a pre-owned Au Northfield! Stephen Douglass is a piece of work to say the least. I live in Western PA and reached out to Stephen about purchasing a pre-owned Audi Q3 before Thanksgiving. Instead of offering any Black Friday discount, like their website claimed they did, Stephen actually took the opportunity to mark up the price by $1500 with bogus fee items for this out-of-state purchase. Typically, the OTD quote includes the sale tax from your residing State and a small amount of document fee (1-2%) on top of your retail price. Stephen marked up the price by $1500 (which was roughly PA's sale tax for that vehicle) with fake items such as etch and recovery in his quote, hoping that I would think the OTD number was reasonable. When in reality, these should not be included in the OTD and I would need to pay the $1500 tax again when I registered the car in PA, since the tax was not included. And when I called him out on his trick, he became agitated and started to talk over me. But the cherry on top was for Stephen to question me if I can understand English because I wasn't buying any of his xxxxxxxx. I am not sure if that is linguistic racism but please be warned about doing business with Stephen/Spitzer Chevy Northfield. More
