He asked me a few questions, I have to admit I gave him a hard time and he handled it like a champ. We sat down I told him exactly what I wanted, worked out some numbers and I left there very happy with my purchase. More

Sales Manager Frank Miner and Sales Consultant Jacob Hignett were both very courteous and knowledge. We agreed to a price of $40,596, out the door, for a 2025 Silverado 1500. This was after the Spitze Hignett were both very courteous and knowledge. We agreed to a price of $40,596, out the door, for a 2025 Silverado 1500. This was after the Spitzer discount ,GM rebate and my trade-in. I called back a day later to tell them I would place a deposit on the truck. Sales Manager Stephen Douglas answered the phone. I informed him of the agreed upon price and he said to come in a sign the deal. I met Mr. Douglas and informed him that I also had $3,000 in GM rewards that should be applied to the price. Mr. Douglas then showed me a total price of $45,000 and this was after the $3,000 in rewards. That's a difference of $8,000! He would not admit that I was given a price of $40,596 and this was before the application of the $3,000 in GM rewards. I questioned him and he became arrogant and condescending. I had Mr. Douglas return my deposit and reinstate my GM rewards. This was the worst experience of I have ever had in my 42yrs of purchasing a vehicle. I have purchased vehicles from Spritzer Northfield for at least the last 25yrs. I can assure you that I will never set foot in a Spitzer dealership again. More
