Terrible customer service Took my car in for a maintenance check...was charged $100 for a diagnostic. Excessive I thought but ok, it's a dealership. The best part was when I went to pay the bill and the young girl, erin, trying to up her commission, attempted to charge me an additional $90 for the diagnostic of my rest wiper blade...it was ridiculous! Terrible customer service and service department. Stay far far away from this service department. Been back 8 times for same problem still not fixed. Also when I couldn't get remote starter to work (which I admit...I forget I had to push the lock button twice before pushing remote start), they didn't remind me to do that. They told me to hold remote up to my head to increase frequency waves!!! Finally talked to a friend who reminded me how to use remote start. Brand new car bought out of state. They told me maybe I should just take it back to them! More
My overall experience with Spitzer Chevrolet/North Canton has been good. Since I purchased my ImpalaSS in 2007, Spitzer's sales staff has always been very friendly and taken the extra step to thoroughly ans has been good. Since I purchased my ImpalaSS in 2007, Spitzer's sales staff has always been very friendly and taken the extra step to thoroughly answer my questions and assist in communicating service matters to an understandable level to its Service Department. Dave Miller is certainly a great asset to Spitzer's staff--he is always very amicable and very professional. Spitzer's Service Dept. has improved tremendously since my 2007 purchase and continues to improve--upon each scheduled maintenance appointment, Service staff communicates a complete explanation of services rendered and suggests issues which may be required soon. Great Job, Kevin!! More
