Great customer service! I originally bought a certified pre-owned chevy at a great price. A few days later, the car needed to be taken to the dealership for repairs due a no I originally bought a certified pre-owned chevy at a great price. A few days later, the car needed to be taken to the dealership for repairs due a noisy fan. When I expressed my concerns about needing to service this car after only two days, the dealership honored their guarantee that if I wasn't happy with this certified pre-owned, they would help me get into a car that I was happy with. Steven worked with me on both occasions, and he was patient and helpful at every step of the way. Thanks, Steven and Chevy Amherst for the outstanding car buying experience! I'll be sure to stop back next time I need another vehicle. More

Loved our Salesperson We worked with Nancy Fisk and I would recommend her a million times over. Nancy NEVER pressured us to leave that day with a vehicle. She actually, walked us out, knowing we needed a night to digest everything and did not make us feel like we were a "sale". The management team is a different story and made us feel like we were experiencing the "typical" car sales motto of, "don't let them walk out"! Even then, Nancy held firm that she knew we needed time. She was knowledgeable and took the time to go over everything we needed clarification on for our lease and the vehicle. If you choose, Spitzer, Amherst, ask for Nancy Fisk. April, in service was also extremely helpful the following day when we had some "technical" questions regarding the vehicle. More

Great experience My friend Nancy Fisk posted they were having deals on Chevy's! I Love Chevy's, so I thought I would check it out to see if I could get a lower pay My friend Nancy Fisk posted they were having deals on Chevy's! I Love Chevy's, so I thought I would check it out to see if I could get a lower payment and maybe a newer SUV. I had a 2013 Chevy Equinox which I LOVED but wanted a lower payment. They got me in a 2017 Chevy Trax which is a bit smaller, but is a nice SUV. I do miss the bigger size but it works well and for only me it is good. Nancy was very pleasant to work with very caring and works well with you. And the payments were a little less and the plus is it is a NEW Trax. It is my real first "NEW" car because I bought it in December 2016, so it is a Chevy Trax 2017. More
