Making things right I've been shopping around for a 2018 Equinox and comparing a lot of pricing, and a lot of models, and ALL of the extras. I finally had landed on the v I've been shopping around for a 2018 Equinox and comparing a lot of pricing, and a lot of models, and ALL of the extras. I finally had landed on the vehicle I wanted (aside from color...always the hardest part!) and after talking with someone at Spitzer earlier in the day I decided to make the trip in this evening because I felt like I'd get the best deal. ...move forward about 1.5 hours into my time at Spitzer and Anthony had helped me find a vehicle, washed it so I could see it all shined up, I actually made a decision on color, we had gone over the paperwork and BOOM we were moving... As I was signing the final paperwork I caught that the vehicle I was about to sign for was FWD when I had specifically requested AWD. My stomach got sick but I knew I had to point it out or I wouldn't forgive myself. Anthony and his team knew that I had the quote from another dealership for the AWD vehicle and that I easily could have left to make the purchase elsewhere...it was 8:30pm on the last day of the month and they were not going to let me walk out that door without making it right. A few strings pulled, a change in color, and WA-LA! The car on the showroom floor, with even less mileage, is mine! I NEEDED to purchase a vehicle today and they made it happen! More

I love going to Spitzer Amherst Chevy I love my new 2017 Chevy Malibu. As far as staff goes they are the best. Have always gone over and above to help you get what you want.
