Amie especially was friendly and from the beginning I felt like a person rather than just potential commission. As for the dealership itself, it really felt like there was an effort from everyone as a whole to get me the best deal possible, and something that worked for me. Tom in financing was thorough and explained everything quickly and simply to wrap things up. The manager was friendly and helpful alongside all of it. Thanks to this experience I'll certainly feel less dread about car buying in general, but right now I don't feel like I'd go or reccommend anyone to go anywhere else for a car but Spitzer in Amherst!
