Purchase 2018 Chevy Silverado z71 blackout Chris went above and beyond the call of duty!! This was the second truck he got in as the first didn't have heated seats. No new vehicle in this day a Chris went above and beyond the call of duty!! This was the second truck he got in as the first didn't have heated seats. No new vehicle in this day and age should be made w/o heated seats so that was not his fault that I assumed such an idea. This truck is amazing!! He delivered on everything I asked for and I'm grateful for his hard work!!! He is dedicated to his employer, that's for certain! The only negative thing I'd have to comment on is that when I went in to look at the original truck he had me test drive a different truck without a crew cab to feel the difference. As soon as we pulled back in a lady salesperson was standing outside and was extremely rude about it, stating that truck was sold. She was unprofessional in my opinion because it could've been handled another way. I was embarrassed for Chris but he handled it a lot better than I would've if it had been my co-worker!! She may need some classes on good PR & professionalism. (With that said, my ratings are strictly regarding Chris) More
