I was getting an error on my GMC Acadia. .. 'Reduced steering assist.' I called and spoke with Sabrina, who told me to bring it in while the problem was occurring. When I got in my car after .. When I got in my car after work, the message was on, and I drove straight to the dealership. As soon as I got there, she connected it to a machine and was able to read the error code. I felt like for the first time, in a long time, someone at GMC went out of their way to help. She wasn't just doing her job. She understood my frustration and was very kind and willing to figure out the problem and didn't treat me like I was the problem. I have had more than a few negative experiences at the dealership. Sabrina and Mary got me in for an appointment the next day to get it fixed. This kind of customer service is what keeps people coming back. More
